@youngneska is a DJ and producer from the mythological land of the Basque Country. Recently relocated to Amsterdam, she started her electronic music path in Barcelona two years ago, quickly turning into one of the most promising upcoming DJs in the scene, playing at Sónar and Primavera Sound festival alongside having a residency in Human Club. She also curates Fauna & Flora, a multidisciplinary event that mixes electronic music with digital art, and hosts her own radio show Neskafe on Dublab radio. There wasn't much life out here in the middle of nowhere. All that could be seen for miles around was thick orange sand which created a barren landscape of dunes and jagged cliffs. In the distance they could see the clouds beginning to roll in, soon this place would be engulfed by one wild storm with the dust blowing and howling in the fierce resilience of the bitter wind. 

The noise would be deafening and there would be times that they might not know they were still upon planet earth at all. 

Hopefully they would be long gone by then, that was to be somebody else's storm.

Krista Papista continues to challenge convention with experimental Electronica and Pop music. This new track features Kiki Moorse and is remixed by aryaxz who whips the track into an Electro driven frenzy which wouldn't sound out of place in a Dj Stingray set.

It's hard not to have heard of Thomas Pahl in the electro underwater depths after multiple appearances over the course of more than a decade and under a ton of aliases. With the illuminating title of 'Changes', Thomas gets rid of corsets and presents an entrancing voyage into post-euphoria, displaying a radiant and emotive side which the artist’s new discordant sound emerges. A defiant cry in the face of existential angst. Navigating between breaks, dreamy melodies and reflective landscapes ‘Changes’ could be defined as a deep introspective journey into the machines. The Friday evening party at Psyclone camp has become a Burning Man highlight and it was a big thrill to spin for such a fab crowd again this year. The day-long dust storm was dying down, we fired up the sound system, the bar team got down to business and the vibe just kicked off from there. There really is nothing quite like bringing things to the boil til you've got a delirious bunch of dressed up fiends punching the air and chanting 'I've got this Burning feeling, Burning feeling, Burning Burning Burning feeling!'. LMFAO. Good Times! I'd rather have that than 1000 dudes nodding out to minimal techno any day. This set again goes back to my Balearic roots: take a little disco, a dab of funk, some electro-pop, a techno sprinkle... eh voila! house music in all its glory. There are tunes here (complete with vinyl pops) that I've been spinning for 20 years. Thanks (as often) to Jerad, Ben Weston (there in spirit with the Jacko track) and the Colonel for the final disco nugget. And to the Psyclone tribe of 2015 - you're a class act.
