Dead Violets Night es el nombre artístico de la DJ y productora fundadora de El Garaje de Frank. Un tema del proyecto turco de post-punk Rain To Dust sirvió para capturar en una imagen el sabor de las sesiones de la DJ francesa.

Originaria de Saboya, pero ya parte clave de la noche madrileña, Dead Violets Night hizo sus primeros pinitos musicales en el mundo del metal, siendo guitarrista de varias formaciones. Después, se enamoró de la electrónica y de la música oscura y cambió la guitarra por una mesa de mezclas. Desde El Garaje ha promovido la escena electrónica musical más arriesgada y ha asistido a toda clase de festivales de electrónica europeos. Aunque comenzó a pinchar a finales del año pasado, la pandemia le ha servido para dedicarse a los platos en cuerpo y alma y hacer una gran selección de EBM, acid, techno industrial y electro.

Sus primeras sesiones vieron la luz en el medio que ayudó a fundar teniendo una fantástica recepción internacionalmente y pronto le surgió alguna colaboración como con la plataforma Zyrcadian Editions. Debutó como DJ en la mítica sala Specka, donde actúa como residente en las fiestas de Bizarro creadas por Nöle, y ha actuado también en el Killing Time de Valencia, y en el Liège New Wave Festival. Amante de la oscuridad y de las sesiones dinámicas y eclécticas, siempre podrás encontrar algo de EBM y acid en sus mezclas realizadas solamente con vinilo. Sin dudas, nos quedan muchas noches de violetas muertas por delante.

Continuing on the eclectic take our last episode left off, we have the mysterious DJ and producer straight from Athens, Greece, with a deep, raw and unique sound, SAWF. Fittingly, most of his productions since he came to light (and over the past few years) have been released on Perc Trax. 

Not much is known about him, but in any case, music is the best storyteller of all. In this exclusive mix, Sawf wanted to share the stage by showcasing sounds from ANFS, Morah, DC_P, AnD, Furfriend, Perc, and Ducerey Ada Nexino among others. Once again, this is quite a mix. Enjoy!

ANFS is the perfoming name of George Anyfantis, an electronic music producer/Dj from Athens. He somehow, somewhere along the way, got sucked into the techno scene and got involved in the co-ownership of Modal Analysis. Having released his debut Ground Ep last year, more releases are scheduled for 2015 on Modal Analysis, his new imprint Vanila and AnD's Inner Surface Records.

Diego Díaz A.K.A. Delectro is a sound producer, live performer and dj from Bogota, Colombia, influenced by the 80`s electronic sounds, the EBM bass lines and the power of Techno and Electro. In 2006 he started producing his deep, dark and powerful sound, mixing heavy basslines, bizarre voices and dark atmospheres with his own style, becoming well known as one of the most representative EBM, Electro Techno artists in South America.

UNMASKED DISCUSSION 50 | DELECTRO

Hello brothers and sisters! Creatures of the Night returns at Radio Relativa with a very special guest! Few days ago, ANFS  (Vanila records, Modal Analysis) came to Madrid to perform live for A_mal_gam_a 's Dancecave events. Except his amazing and brutal live, we had together great time talking about music, life and t everyday things.. This guy is pure inspiration and I feel very happy that we are friends for so many years. So the day after the event we went to records the new episode of Creatures of the night at Radio Relativa. 2 hours entering in the deep and dark part of the human being. The first hour is an acoustic experimental mix from me and the second hour is a hybrid session from ANFS full of intense rhythmic noise, distorted synths and breathtaking textures. I wish he comes back to Madrid soon. Enjoy!
