Speedy x Line – an international duo consisting of an Austrian and a Pole, namely Speedy MiDi and Robert Lainer. Despite their different styles, this combination focuses on mixes based on dynamic grooves with a funk twist and energetic bouncy beats. A project that was born out of pure enthusiasm for groove and bounce. Solo, each of us goes our own way, but when we sit down together, it always turns towards energy, rhythm, and playing with ease. 

This duo is a space where we can meet musically, without pressure, but with a specific vibe. They will make their joint debut on 12.09 at Backstreet Bar.

AnalyticTrail unveils the first chapter of its new series with Gems 0.1, a carefully curated snapshot of where the label’s techno heart is today. Conceived by Markantonio and rooted in the Neapolitan school of groove, this collection focuses on functional power, hypnotic motion, and forward momentum across seven cuts split between vinyl and digital.

On wax, the journey opens with Human Safari’s Trap Door, mixing tight percussion with jazzy melodic touches. Lysander continues with Riot in Rio, bringing tribal rhythms and rolling basslines that push the dancefloor. KLBR’s Thunder Drums hits hard with analog weight and crisp drums, while SYNDROM’s Nikaia Nightfall closes the side with deep, hypnotic grooves and cinematic textures.

The digital edition adds three more highlights: The Groove Room’s Bloom delivers a dubby, pulsing journey; Cri Du Coeur’s Safre builds raw warehouse tension with powerful hits and Omis (Italy) Collapse drives a stripped-back, high-intensity groove perfect for peak-time sets.

Toni Alvarez - 50x4/90 Vol. III

Ullrson is back with his second Viking Techno release of 2025, Hnikarr. The track features an evolving lead line with a nyckelharpa, lyre and jaw harp, deep pads, throat singing, horseshoe perc, weapon strike perc, anvil, war horns, weapon strikes, congas, a driving low end, ocean and thunder sounds and a powerful vocal chanting “Hnikarr”. Hnikarr is one of Odin’s many names and can be interpreted as Instigator of Battles, Inciter, Inflamer, The Striker, One Who Incites Strife, Thruster and Spear-Lord.

In the Reginsmál, Sigurðr and his men were swept past a promontory during a storm and spotted a man standing on a cliff. When they asked him his identity, the man replied; 

"They called me Hnikar, when I Hugin gladdened, young Völsung!
and battles fought.Now thou mayest call me the ancient of the rock, Feng, or Fiölnir." 


The name also appears in Grímnismál and Hrafnagaldr Óðins.
