After the devastating earthquakes affecting Turkey and Syria, Istanbul based Techno brand RX has teamed up with artists globally to release an exclusive compilation in order to help the people in need.

37 of the hottest names of the current techno scene have donated a brand new unsigned track, where all the sales and streaming funds will be directed to NGOs to provide support and assistance to earthquake victims both in Turkey and Syria.

We are grateful for the global unity of the techno scene for such an important cause.

Markantonio's record label AnalyticTrail drops an exhilarating techno EP by Uncertain, which has analogue machine funk and fast grooves.

Uncertain is an Austrian artist who is also known for the music he has released under his classic alias of Boriqua Tribez. With a career spanning over two decades, Uncertain is known for his energetic style with jackin' percussion loops and rhythmic stabs.

He launched his Uncertain alias in 2018, and found instant success leading to releases on respected record labels such as Radio Slave's RSPX, Mark Broom's BeardMan and Truncate's self-titled imprint. This is Uncertain's second solo EP for AnalyticTrail, and it features four of his driving original tracks.

"Repercussion" opens the release with soulful vocal phrases layered with fizzing hi-hats, dubby synth stabs and swelling pads, while the raw percussion powers the groove. "Warp" has trippy synths and a rumbling bassline cut by a slamming kick drum to create a menacing vibe with uplifting undertones. "Decent" lets the percussion take control with its high-velocity rhythms that lay a foundation for the muffled tones of filtered synth stabs. "Evidence" closes the release with a hypnotic synth riff and sensual vocal textures that intertwine between the high-velocity rhythms of the juddering percussion.

grooving techno with her now signature sound design. Title track Moon Lander opens with a serious intent. Playful stabs glides across carefully constructed percussive elements that keep the pace fast and sharp. Fieldstone hits with a more hypnotic, space like vibe but still retains ANNĒ’s unique drive. More clinical sound design is at the forefront of St. Strings with expertly controlled drums driving the rhythm as slowly evolving atmospheres and stabs deliver the attitude. The more jacking Rootstock is up next, pushing hard on the 909 workouts against dubbed out synths and trippy, intense synths elements. *bandcamp exclusive Magnets closes out the release with a more dirty, and abrasive sound.

"Tribal Dub" shines with rythmic congas and a captivating monotony paired with a powerful vocal and a dark atmosphere.
Founded by Jonathan Kribus aka Kribs and Miles Pinkert in February 2020, Instinkt Lab is an independent label for timeless techno, ambient and experimental music. The label limits its public appearance to a minimum. By now they released 5 EPs [including this one] from very ambitious artists. At least the same number of releases are just waiting to be published. The second wave brings artists such as Levzon (Amsterdam), Alexandre Leaddis (Barcelona) and Juri Heidemann (Berlin) and a event series in Cologne is also pending.
