I just dug up a 2007 promo cd / mixtape and thought it would be nice to share with you.

In 2007 it was my second year of moving to A'dam and i needed badly to promote myself and at that time this was industry standard. MySpace was the only known social platform that everybody was at and Facebook /Youtube/Twitter were not yet an option and streaming services of Soundcloud and Mixcloud came only few years later. Digital music was getting a momentum and vinyl releases were at the historic low. Music styles such as broken-beat and new jazz ware still very popular and i was biteing it.
Listening to this mix again after so many years and it is amazing to me how much dance-music has changed thru the years (and my taste in music as wel). Personaly i doubt that yonger generations wil be digging it as we did at the time which is also quite ok.
