A fire apparatus, fire engine, fire truck, or fire appliance is a vehicle designed to assist in fighting fires by transporting firefighters to the scene and providing them with access to the fire, along with water or other equipment. In some areas, the terms fire engine and fire truck represent different types of firefighting apparatus.
A modern fire engine is usually a multi-purpose vehicle carrying paid firefighters or volunteers and equipment for a wide range of firefighting and rescue tasks. Therefore, most fire engines carry equipment such as ladders, pike poles, axes and cutting equipment, halligan bars, fire extinguishers, ventilating equipment, floodlights, hose ramps, self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), and general tools. Many fire appliances are based on standard truck or lorry models with heavy duty suspensions, brakes, tires, alternator, transmission and cooling systems; audible and visual warnings such as sirens, horns, and flashing lights; and a two-way radio.
The fire engine may have several methods of pumping water onto the fire, such as passing water obtained from a fire hydrant through hoses or using a pumping "cannon" (also known as a monitor or deck gun); some trucks have an onboard water reservoir. Some fire engines may carry ladders to gain access to fires occurring in high-rise buildings and remove casualties, or hooks used to pull walls away to expose hidden fire or break windows. In some regions, a rescue unit is an EMS truck with tools to carry out technical rescues of people from traffic collisions or structural collapses.
Fire departments covering large metropolitan areas may have specialist appliances for dealing with hazardous material incidents. Some fire departments may utilise fire trains, fireboats or airplanes, depending on the local geography.

"Diese Doppel 7“ ist ein Nachfolger zum Projekt „90“, das MPM und ich im Jahr 2012 herausgebracht haben. Es beinhaltet Re:produktionen einiger der memorabelsten US-Rap-Klassiker der Neunzigerjahre. Re:Produziert wurde sie von hiesigen Produzenten, welche die Kultur und die Kunst des Beatschmiedens seit etlichen Jahren studiert und gelebt haben. Was aus einer euphorischen Bierlaune heraus begann - nämlich einfach mal "Time’s Up“ von OC reimpatterntechnisch ins Deutsche übertragen und beatmäßig aus den original Samplequellen und dem über die Jahre gewonnenen Know-How der Produktionsweisen unserer Vorbilder, möglichst nah ans Original heranzukommen - entwickelte sich mehr und mehr zu einem ernstzunehmendem Projekt auf Albumlänge. Es ging darum innerlich Reset zu drücken und persönlich, theoretisch wieder bei Null anzufangen. Auf eine respektvolle Art wollte ich so Erinnerungen und die damit verbundenen Gefühle einer vergangenen Ära wieder aufleben lassen.
Für mich als MC ging es darum, mit dem Flow und der Intonation, sprich der Delivery der Originalstücke mitzuhalten, ohne sich von der gefühlten Grundstimmung zu weit zu entfernen. Dabei textlich aber eine komplett eigene Geschichte, unter den Vorraussetzungen bereits existierender Reimstrukturen zu schaffen. Also nicht bloß sinngemäß oder inhaltlich platt zu übersetzen, sondern vielmehr dieses Konstrukt mit Hilfe meiner Sprachfertigkeiten unabhängig ins Deutsche zu transformieren und damit Bezug auf meine eigene Historie und Zugehörigkeit zu einer internationalen Bewegung zu nehmen.
Was zählt, ist der Eindruck, dass sowohl „alt“ wie „jung“ diese Hip Hop-Hommage gleichermaßen genießen können.“ APHROE

Aphroe - Nebenan

"The Story of the Three Bears" (sometimes known as "The Three Bears", "Goldilocks and the Three Bears" or, simply, "Goldilocks") is a fairy tale first recorded in narrative form by British author and poet Robert Southey, and first published anonymously in a volume of his writings in 1837. The same year, British writer George Nicol published a version in rhyme based upon Southey's prose tale, with Southey approving the attempt to give the story more exposure. Both versions tell of three bears and an old woman who trespasses upon their property.
"The Story of the Three Bears" was in circulation before the publication of Southey's 1837 version. In 1831, for example, Eleanor Mure fashioned a handmade booklet about the three bears for her nephew's birthday, and, in 1813, Southey was telling the story to friends. In 1894, "Scrapefoot", a tale with a fox as antagonist that bears striking similarities to Southey's story, was uncovered by the folklorist Joseph Jacobs and may predate Southey's version in the oral tradition. Southey possibly heard "Scrapefoot", and confused its "vixen" with a synonym for an unpleasant, malicious old woman. Some maintain however that the story as well as the old woman originated with Southey.[1]
"The Story of the Three Bears" experienced two significant changes during its early publication history. Southey's intrusive old woman became an intrusive little girl in 1849, who was given various names referring to her hair until Goldilocks was settled upon in the early 20th century. Southey's three bachelor bears evolved into Father, Mother, and Baby Bear over the course of several years. What was originally a fearsome oral tale became a cozy family story with only a hint of menace. The story has elicited various interpretations and has been adapted to film, opera, and other media. "The Story of the Three Bears" is one of the most popular fairy tales in the English language.[2]

GoldiLox

The Ancient Astronauts are Kabanjak and Dogu, a bulletproof production and DJ duo hailing from Cologne, Germany. The phenomenon of “ancient astronauts, “a belief that extraterrestrial beings visited Earth in ancient times to mingle and trade ideas with early human civilizations”, isn’t an alien concept to these Ancient Astronauts.  The cross-pollination and mash-up of ideas, sounds, styles, and a collaborative spirit are their modus operandi.
Although, the long-time friends are quick to admit that they are not followers of the German music scene, Kabanjak notes, “for us music is and will always be an international phenomena”, and Ancient Astronauts are certainly not afraid to draw on influences from international artists and styles.
Self described as a “mash up of the distant past and far future”; these time travelers´ music is a mystic brew born out of an eclectic mix of ideas, sounds and styles. 
Already having remixed and collaborated with AM & Shawn Lee, Nickodemus, Fort Knox Five, Ladybug Mecca (Digable Planets), Zion I, The Pharcyde, Azeem, Analogik, Subatomic Sound System & Anthony B, Bajka, Vieux Farka Toure, Raashan Ahmad, Bajka, DJ Brace and Tippa Irie, the Ancient Astronauts always link up with a quality selection of sonic collaborators. 
 “At an early stage we realized that we are both big music heads so we started running parties in our hometown together”. Those parties became the catalyst for a production team that never forgot its roots. They specialize in diversity loosely glued together by a single thread. Like a good party, you don’t just listen to the music, you experience it. 
In 2001 Dogu of Ancient Astronauts started his own label Switchstance Recordings, which was developed as a way of allowing them total musical freedom. The label soon gathered momentum and built up an impressive international fan base. Switchstance Recordings is now famous in international club circles for the integrity of its production and style.
