As we move further into the digital age, we believe that the future of clubbing is a 50/50 balance of real life and online. With this in mind, we have begun moving Tilt Shift in this direction.

We aim to create a platform that shines a light on Melbourne Locals and international talent. Build an online community while simultaneously putting people in the room as we broadcast.

Tilt Shift sits firmly left of center, a difficult-to-label square peg that unintentionally fails to fit a pigeonhole. Borrowing from the photography term, Tilt Shift refers to two different types of movement, a selective focus with a large depth of field used to control perception. As we have come to think of it, it’s where the lines blur

Since our debut as Tilt Shift in 2017 facilitated events at a variety of the city's most reputable late-night haunts like Revolver, Boney, Section 8 & New Guernica. In this time we have hosted & toured artists such as: Marvin & Guy, Curses, The Hacker, Tronic Youth & Timothy Clerkin

Berlin DJ and producer Efdemin aka Phillip Sollmann is gearing up to release a hybrid mix/album and 'Naïf' is nothing short of a techno masterpiece.

Featuring heaps of brand new original material from the man himself and exclusives from artists like Margaret Dygas, Steve Bicknell and Gunnar Haslam, the project will arrive via Curle on April 13.

Of the ten new tracks by Efdemin (all are amazing) we really liked 'Sirius' and here we present its premiere.

Imperial Black Unit is a technoïd French duo formed by Lapse of Reason and Templer in 2017. Their sound is characterized by a blend of early EBM/ Industrial vibes with today's sensibilities. By using an anti-establishment attitude and militaristic esthetic on top of hard rhythms, screams and sharp synths, they create an intense fusion of the past and the present.
