With this Full Moon Prayer I want to manifest the intention of cosmic healing at the deepest level possible. Almost two years long I collected songs, tried different ways of mixing and spent time in silence too but finally I am happy to share the second >>La Oriación<< 

It's no coincidence that the second prayer is exactly ready before the september full moon. Because of the proximity to the autumn equinox, exceptionally thin curtains open the doors to the other world. It's the time, when nature supports us with magical mushrooms to understand this world and remember our own nature. With the first edition I received a lot of beautiful messages that the sound journey was a perfect guide for psychedelic adventures. As I feel I have to go more into the direction of sound healing combined with natures medicines, my focus now was to create a healing and powerful soundtrack for these times.

N Λ T U R R I T U - La Sonida de las Esferas (Psilocybin Ceremony)

The legend of South America's music is one of vibrant rhythms, passionate melodies, and diverse cultural influences. It's is a celebration of life. The music is also shaped by its indigenous roots, with traditional instruments like the charango, quena, and bombo adding unique textures to it. 
It is said that the music originated from the indigenous people of the Andes, who used it as a way to express their culture and traditions. The legend goes that the music was inspired by the natural sounds of the Andean landscape, including the wind, the rain, and the flowing rivers.

One of the most famous Andean instruments is the pan flute, which is said to have been created by the god Wiracocha. According to legend, Wiracocha made the first pan flute out of the bones of his dead children, and the music that came from it was so beautiful that it could bring the dead back to life.

Today, Andean music is still celebrated and enjoyed throughout South America and beyond. Its haunting melodies and intricate rhythms continue to captivate listeners and serve as a reminder of the rich cultural heritage of the Andean people. Especially because the music continues to thrive, with new generations of artists blending traditional sounds with modern influences to create exciting new styles. Welcome to Folktronica / Electrocumbia.

Landing back in Germany, my heart and spirit are asking directly again for South and Central America. So I felt I have to share the beautiful vibe of the music which inspired me a lot while traveling through so many countries. It's a beautiful downtempo journey which I hope will sweeten up your upcoming summer! Sofa Beats is back with its 5th edition, this time compiled and mixed by a veteran from Cyprus, JOHNNY BLUE.

Johnny Blue comes from Cyprus. He started dj-ing 16 years ago. His first influence was rock and especially psychedelic rock (Pink Floyd, Ozric Tenatcles etc). In 2000 he got into the electronic scene with the main interest in chill out and psychedelic trance music. Being influenced by several music cultures (rock, dub, reggae, electronica, psy-trance, chillout), Johnny created a unique style by blending smoothly various styles of music, sending the listeners to a colourful and sensational journey through sounds. Johnny is one of the senior representatives on the launch, establishment and uprising of Cyprus’ psychedelic music scene.
In 2011 Johnny joined Mikelabella Records and he works as A/R Manager. His first VA compilation under the name “Planet Blue” was released on December 2012 and VA blue moon in April 2014. In early 2013 he became a label DJ in Peak Records. Also, he is a resident DJ at Digitally Imported Psychill (di.fm/psychill) with his radio series “Psylent Harmony” which is broadcasted every third Sunday. Johnny Blue has various international appearances in countries like UK, Germany, Portugal, Croatia , Morocco, Turkey and Russia among others, presenting dj sets in parties and festivals like Boom, Antaris, Lost Theory, Transahara, Mo:Dem, Psy Fi and more.

Somewhere beyond the fringes of known space, hidden within the static chatter of background radiation that permeates the expanse, there exists one pure sound. Moving through the constellations, filtered through the ephemeral touch of silent nebulas and bent by the weight of time itself, it emerges as a deep and inalienable rhythm pulling all lifeforms toward the universal Source.
An emotive call from the cosmos to dive inward toward the flowing sine wave of Creation, Tom transports listeners to a pocket of reality safe from the noise of daily being—a downbeat sanctuary for the wandering mind where immutable dub echoes in and out of the void and spritely reverberations dance to illuminate the darkness.

Shot in Brooklyn at the now-defunct DIY venue Aviv in September 2016, the film takes a cue from Jaar’s semi fictitious network of interlocking radio stations as well as his latest studio album 'Sirens'. 

From its very first enigmatic scene to the unmissable ending, ‘TRANSITION' is an unscripted POV journey into one night in NY at a transitional time in America.
