The Moonlight Gathering

The Moonlight Gathering hosts far out and mind blowing themed music and poetry events. We aim to create a comfortable, exciting and inspiring environment in which people are free to let their freak flags fly whilst soaking up and hopefully splashing out some beautiful music and poetry.

We work with local poets, musicians, comedians and performers to put on events around Brighton and Hove and provide a forum for artists to express their talents and meet like-minded people.

A note to all our friends, Family and all the amazing fans we made along the way.

After much consideration, we have decided to hang up our instruments and call it a day with making music as Habitats.

We don't want to go overboard on the cheddar cheese here, but it has been the most wonder/surreal experience of our lives and we feel truly blessed to have so many amazing opportunities.

Special big ups to our mgmt Chris the 'Wolf' Wilson and Andy Gandhi and Simon, ske, Jake, Kristina, Liv, Jack, Olivier and everyone else who has been involved with our little old band throughout the past 6/7 years!

and a huge thanks to all of you who gave us any of your time or even dipped into your pockets and took the time to watch, listen and dance at our shows.

Psych-punk four piece from Brighton, UK.

Tuval and the Sands' fusion of psychedelic prog rock, and dream-pop journeys through space and time, conjuring seething deserts and colossal ice caps through tender melodies, throbbing basslines and otherworldly guitars. 

Initiated in summer 2023 by multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Tuval Schneerson (vocals, guitar, synth), who was soon joined by bassist Alex Fynn O'Neill (Fear of Men) and drummer Josh Hudson (Jazzcat), the band have been gigging around the UK creating warm vibrations, whilst songwriter Tuval has been self-producing their debut EP. 

Stay tuned for Tuval and the Sands' debut release in 2024.
