This tribute is dedicated to one of my all-time favorite producers, Rebin Hosini, hailing from Stockholm, Sweden.

Each track in this playlist is either an original production or collaboration by Rebin himself, showcasing his unique and emotive style that captivates the heart with its melancholic melodies.

I pay tribute to the innovative and boundary-pushing Japanese producer, Yunosuke Senoo, also known as Lycoriscoris. 

His music defies classification, weaving together elements of Ambient, Electronica, and experimental sounds to create a truly unique and captivating listening experience.

His tracks are marked by a wide range of styles and structures, often shifting seamlessly between beatless and rhythmic passages, making the task of creating a continuous mix a challenging but ultimately rewarding endeavor. Whether it's his own productions or remixes of other tracks, Lycoriscoris's music always manages to surprise and delight.

In addition to his musical talents, I had the pleasure of chatting with Yunosuke Senoo on social media and found him to be an incredibly friendly and approachable person.

I pay homage to the musical genius of Cyrus Shahrad, better known as Hiatus, an Iran-born, London-based artist and producer.

For several years now, I've been enraptured by his musical journey, captivated by the rich piano melodies and deep, resonant bass-lines that define his productions.

Hiatus's style seamlessly blends elements of Ambient and Downtempo, and the influences of his Middle Eastern roots are evident in every note. His releases featuring vocals from his father, in particular, hold a special place in my heart, evoking powerful emotions with every listen.

Fusing my favorite tracks from Hiatus's catalog, spanning a tempo range of 70-135 bpm, proved to be a challenge, but the end result is a seamless and emotive mix. Hiatus is also a friendly person and I had a quick chat with him.

I pay tribute to the masterful soundscapes of George Chatzianderou, better known as George X, a talented producer based in Athens, Greece. 

His signature style is marked by a tantalizing blend of deep, soulful basslines and sensual textures, that create a unique and captivating listening experience.

I was immediately drawn to his work when I first heard his quality release "Ourania" on Amulanga Records. Since then, I've been a dedicated fan, following his every move and eagerly awaiting each new release.

Beyond his impressive musical talents, George is also an incredibly cool and approachable person, as I had the pleasure of chatting with him.

In honor of the masterful duo known as Ventt & Keparys, consisting of George Lukin and Vladimir Makhnachev, I pay tribute to their exceptional contributions to the world of music. As long-time friends, George and Vladimir have formed an undeniable chemistry in their creative endeavors, both as the leading and guiding forces behind Amulanga Records.

As someone who has had the pleasure of getting to know George personally through our shared community work for Amulanga, I can attest to his kind and humorous nature. 

Together, George and Vladimir produce a unique and captivating brand of Organic House music that is truly one-of-a-kind. Their style is best described as uplifting and -positive-

Radiating with good vibes and a chill energy that I find incredibly appealing. With a consistent tempo of 123bpm, their tracks flow seamlessly, featuring a stunning array of real instrument samples, perfectly pitched vocals, and a mesmerizing blend of melody and ambient sound layers. Their bass-lines are always outstanding and original, and their tracks have a way of keeping me coming back for more, time and time again.

My first mix in the „Label Tribute Series“ is for Forestrip Music, a label founded by the acclaimed producer Dave Pad, one half of the renowned electronic music duo Volen Sentir. 

The label exudes an undeniable connection to nature through its music, and the artists featured on the label have a unique style that is not to be missed.

The music released by Forestrip Music is marked by a deep and rich bass, and a focus on texture over melody, creating a sound that is both captivating and powerful. The releases have a flow that is truly unparalleled, making them perfect for dancing and immersing yourself in the music.

I'd like to introduce you to the independent record label Shanti Radio, based in London, UK. I came across it while discovering Volen Sentir, who released music through this label.

Shanti Radio showcases a diverse array of artists from across the globe, including names such as Hosini, Lee Burridge, Amonita, DSF, M.O.S. and Lost Desert, just to name a few.

The label primarily focuses on deep house, with some recent releases in the organic house genre. The music is peaceful, sometimes melancholic, yet still suitable for the dance floor, as exemplified by Volen Sentir's releases for example.

In March 2020, RUVENZORI (RVNZ) was founded by Dmitry Pushkarev aka Izhevski, launching its first release on Beatport in May of the same year. 

This tribute celebrates the innovative sound of RUVENZORI, which is characterized by its uplifting melodies, groovy beats, and contributions from notable artists such as Tim Green, Deek That, Amonita, Volen Sentir, and of course founder Izhevski himself, just to name a few.

With a strong connection to nature reflected in its release artwork, RVNZ continues to inspire and captivate music lovers.

RUVENZORI

It is with great honor that I pay tribute to 'All Day I Dream', a record label founded by Lee Burridge and Matthew Dekay in 2011. 

Beginning with rooftop parties in Brooklyn, the label has grown to throw renowned events in various locations around the world. Boasting a roster of notable artists, All Day I Dream consistently delivers high-quality productions.

As a fan since 2017, I have a special fondness for their productions from this time and before. This mix showcases the label's classic tracks that have garnered immense popularity, rather than their newest releases. 

You can expect to hear some of the most beloved and timeless music from ADID in this mix.

I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did while recording!

All Day I Dream

This is my tribute to Hoomidaas Records, a record label based in Los Angeles, which was founded by the talented producer Armen Miran. 

The name "Hoomidaas" is a stylized acronym for "who made us," paying homage to the past and to the idea that we are all connected to each other and to the universe.

One of the things that sets Hoomidaas Records apart is their massive compilations, such as "Hoom side of the Sun" and "Hoom side of the Moon," which frequently feature more than 20 artists on a single release. These compilations showcase the diversity and talent of the label's roster, which includes both up-and-coming artists and well-established names in the electronic music scene.

For this mix, I used tracks in the 123 bpm range to create a consistent flow that keep listeners engaged from start to finish. The selection includes some of my personal favorites from Hoomidaas Records, as well as tracks that showcase the label's unique sound and style.
