Born and raised in the Bronx, NY, The Martinez Brothers are two of the most consistent and recognizable names in the world of house.  Stevie and Chris continue to push themselves creatively in the studio collaborating with global and Latinx artists such as Rauw Alejandro, Fuego, Rema and Tokischa. 

In 2023, we find The Martinez Brothers in a moment of creative renewal, kicking off an exciting new chapter in their illustrious career. They continue to cast a wide net with their collaborations, stepping into the studio with a new generation of artists like Eliza Rose, Tommy Genesis and Mochakk.  

The brothers are furthering their love affair with Ibiza in their second year residency at Hï Ibiza voted #1 Club in the World, after 10 years as residents at Circoloco, Ibiza. Paying homage to the isle that catapulted them to stardom, it was in Ibiza that they met Riccardo Tisci who brought them in to do the music design for his iconic years at Givenchy (2014-2015). 

Last year, the brothers headlined London’s hottest show of the year at Beams warehouse alongside Skepta, who debuted his first house music DJ set in his hometown.  Alongside this, they played the Met Gala afterparty hosted by Dua Lipa and at LOEWE’s Paula’s Ibiza pop up at the Sheats-Goldstein home in LA. 

In 2023 stage hosts include Kappa Futur Festival in Turin, Italy, Panorama Festival in Southern Italy, Eastern Electrics, London, Fabrik, Madrid, Audio Obscura at Amsterdam Dance Event and III Points Festival, Miami. 

The duo are avid sneaker collectors and vinyl record collectors, from all eras of Latin salsa, disco, funk, soul, jazz house and techno.

You know Dirtybird for dropping basslines and creating smiles on the dance floor since January 2005.

The fun family vibe of the Dirtybird label can be traced back to a free event started in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. This new kind of house music went against the smooth vocal house that was popular at the time and derived its influences mostly from hip-hop, drum n bass, and American funk. The free outdoor BBQ party was very rough around the edges but eventually became legendary amongst the people of San Francisco. This event was also a very influential factor in the decision by Claude VonStroke to start the record label in 2005.

Today, Dirtybird has offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles and has expanded into events and tour production. As it grows, the brand continues to expand beyond music into merchandise, licensing and artist management. In 2015, Dirtybird launched the inaugural Dirtybird Campout festival, which has been dubbed “Summer Camp For Adults”, and Dirtybird has been recognized from their achievements by being awarded "Underground Label of the Year" at the International Dance Music Awards, “Label of the Decade” by Mixmag, “Best North American Label” by DJ Mag, and Billboard’s "Top 5 Independent Dance Labels".

Andrè Cardillo was born in Rimini, absolute passionate about music, he approached the album for fun, at the age of 17 thanks to his friend (DJ Giorgino). He started as a resident of Bounty, in his golden years. After getting his hands on different consoles in Rimini, in 2000 he moved to London for a year and a half, where he started playing in various clubs. Moving from Rock Garden to Wodoo (Mick Jagger's club), ozone to Limelight, a former church in the Soho area. From 2002 resident at the PASCIA Riccione for 8 years with Flavio Kirill first, and Dj Adrian then, between private and main room. His favorite DJs and producers include The Chemical Brothers, Luciano, Marco Carola, The Martinez Brothers, Ilario Alicante, Reboot, Uner, Mendo, Michel Cleis and Little Luie Vega. Influenced by love and then by the sounds Ibizenchi, always attentive and looking for new sounds and cutting-edge with technology, which tries to mix in his DJ sets that has made him popularized by many people!

Rising up out of Brazil’s hotbed of formidable talent, Mochakk (AKA Pedro Maia) embodies a level of passion and drive that has placed him in a league of his own. His insatiable hunger for knowledge means he has a broad palette to draw from, channelling his deep well of influences into his vibrant creative output. As anyone who has witnessed him in action will attest, Pedro wears his heart on his sleeve, often expressing his honest love for music in an endearingly physical manner. His skills as a selector have led to bookings at globally renowned clubs, including a residency at the iconic DC-10, while his productions encapsulate his diverse sonic identity.
