Introspection

Composer, arranger, performer, music director and teacher, I graduate of the 'Université de Montreal' , I have been passionate about everything that resembles music for more than 45 years.

A self-taught composer, who has found his voice in older and traditional forms and styles of music.
Currently mostly composing for piano, but I have grand ambitions for writing chamber music and symphonies.
My music has a lot of variety in a way that expresses all kinds of sentiments, both intrapersonal and extrapersonal, kept in a cohesion by an underlying narrative; every composition is its own journey or a adventure, and I invite any guests who stumble upon my page to take part in it. 
All my music so far is written in Sibelius 7 (recordings of live performace coming down the line)

As a retired DOD Civil Service worker, I have time to record some. I have been recording at home for around 23 years and some of my tracks are very old.  I‘ve had 50+ years in bands playing music of many types. I still play the club scene 3 to 4 times a month. Life is good!

Como trabajador jubilado del Servicio Civil del Departamento de Defensa, tengo tiempo para registrar algunos. He estado grabando en casa durante unos 23 años y algunas de mis pistas son muy antiguas. He tenido más de 50 años en bandas tocando música de muchos tipos. Todavía juego en la escena del club de 3 a 4 veces al mes. ¡La vida es buena! This is the principal soundcloud channel for original one-man music by gd&themultitracks.  Mainly instrumental, the music was home-recorded in stroud, england using hardware synths & instruments and Audacity community software for editing and mixing the individual multitracks.  I've had great enjoyment in making (& listening to!) the music, but any plays or feedback would be much appreciated. 
The music spans a wide range of sounds & genre.  I've put a selection of tracks into playlists which cover much of the music:  rock, melodic rock, soft guitar, ambient, electronica, soundtrack, jazz & blues..
