Summer is flying by and it's time for our next compilation again. This time we have put together a large selection of artists for you whose sound we have been liking lately.

Downtempo is a very diverse music genre with many different styles and directions. As always, we want to address all these influences we like with our compilation and bring them under one roof. So there should be something for everyone on this release, whether to chill out on an open air or inside in the fog of the night.

We are very grateful to have represented so many different and talented musicians on our label and we would like to thank all artists involved. Especially our Mastering Engineer Haunted Water & Kilian Van De Water for the gorgeous Artwork again.

Obscure EP is a quiet return to the origin — where the first ideas surfaced, tentative and unresolved.

But Listen began in live sets — evolving through repetition, shifting with each performance. The voice is Mel Ferràr, reading from Whitman’s Leaves of Grass — a whisper at the edge of clarity. A breath caught between words. This work holds the space between presence and disappearance, between light and obscurity where both are not the opposites, but mirrors.

French duo Birds of Mind makes its debut on Underyourskin Records with one of the most outstanding tunes in recent House history . ‘Flying Through the Soul‘

perfectly prepares dancefloors in summer for a spiritual and emotional ride full of hope, mournfulness, severity and melancholy expressed through a shaman

vocal chant that unfolds its power in the deepness of the synth melody with additional folk samples. Just Emma‘s remix lowers the tempo of the original

adding their magnificant crunchy baseline and flavoring the melody with groaning synth sounds that make the track more and more hypnotical in the course

implementing these engrossing chants to have a start to finish winning. The second remix comes from Dutch producer El Mundo who adds an Iberian touch to the

track by bringing in a Mediterranian guitar that points out the confidence. Birds of Mind‘s second tune ‘Palang Kuh‘ completes the EP with a synth-driven

downtempo vibe with arps flying around like boomerangs cutting the air.
