Summer is flying by and it's time for our next compilation again. This time we have put together a large selection of artists for you whose sound we have been liking lately.

Downtempo is a very diverse music genre with many different styles and directions. As always, we want to address all these influences we like with our compilation and bring them under one roof. So there should be something for everyone on this release, whether to chill out on an open air or inside in the fog of the night.

We are very grateful to have represented so many different and talented musicians on our label and we would like to thank all artists involved. Especially our Mastering Engineer Haunted Water & Kilian Van De Water for the gorgeous Artwork again.

Der Erlös dieses Samplers wird ohne Umwege der „Initiative Bienenretter“ vom Frankfurter Institut für Nachhaltige Entwicklung (FINE) zugutekommen. Dieses Bildungsprojekt lehrt nicht nur die urbane Imkerei um neuen Lebensraum für Bienen zu schaffen, sondern macht in Vorträgen auch darauf Aufmerksam dass unser Konsumverhalten die Ursache für das Bienensterben ist. Eingeschiffte Parasiten, der Einsatz von Pestiziden und Monokulturen in der Landwirtschaft begünstigen diesen Prozess, der nicht nur zum Aussterben der Bienen führen, sondern letztlich auch unser Ende bedeuten könnte. Ohne Bienen wäre ein funktionierendes Ökosystem undenkbar.

This is the story of the acid cow from Chapora, a young, curious explorer who follows a pink and orange rabbit down a rabbit hole and into Wonderland. There it encounters some of the strangest and most peculiar creatures and experiences some of the most fantastic stories ever told. The next drink in our glass is served to you by the marvelous Armenian musician Moon’s Voyager. His tracks, in which he gives oriental harmonies a danceable character, deal with the diversity of life in all its manifestations.

The first track on the EP is called "The Blue Shoeshiner" and the outstanding piano melody takes us back to a time when saloons and juke boxes still where a big thing. The two remixes by Samaha and MONKYMAN take up the basic idea of the track and give it their own flavor in a unique way.

The second track with the title "The Bride’s of Moks", tells the story of an ancient Armenian province in all its beauty and grace. Modern electronic revisions were contributed by nutia and Antaares.

As usual we want to thank all artists involved, as well as Kilian Van De Water for the outstanding artwork and Haunted Water for the flawless mastering.
