André, known by his alias Schallkomplex | SKX, embodies a dynamic blend of pounding basslines, melodic creativity, and a natural connection with his audience. His performances are deeply rooted in Berlin's iconic electronic music scene, channeling influences from legends like Paul Kalkbrenner and Boris Brejcha.

Musical Identity

Schallkomplex's music oscillates between two main genres:

Techno: Melodic, gritty, and irresistibly drifty.

House: Bass-heavy and laced with compelling vocals.


This versatility allows him to adapt to diverse dancefloor energies, ensuring every set feels tailored and electrifying.

Roots and Beginnings

Born in Berlin in 1991, André's musical journey was sparked by the vibrant culture of his hometown. The Love Parade served as a turning point, inspiring him to delve into DJing at the age of 14. By 17, he made his debut at Kontrast, setting the stage for a career that would see him perform at renowned venues such as Magdalena Club, Badeschiff Berlin, VCF, and more.

Influences and Collaborations

He draws inspiration from:

Paul Kalkbrenner's early works: Echoes of melodic storytelling.

Boris Brejcha's unique style: A fusion of innovation and intensity.


Schallkomplex has also found support within the community, working alongside artists like Thomas Lizzara during the latter’s TanzEulen days.

In collaboration with his close friend, transgender DJ Lady Isabell, André actively promotes inclusivity in the electronic music scene. Under the motto “Love for all people,” they aim to create safe and celebratory spaces for everyone on the dancefloor.
