It is hard to find a good combination of words to describe the quality of this Earthbound Collection compiled by Salvo Migliorini on Tibetania Records. In a few words, our premieres of Jangal by Jose Solano and Jack Essek's remix of Minaya by Piccaya are at least as atmospheric and heartwarming as you expect them to be.

Born in the dark streets of Cairo, grown to the unforgettable forests of Santa Esmeralda, spending its teen years in Bombay and Tangier markets, mature into the deep spacey Jungle of Ghana we proudly present you a new label from the land of the pyramids: SHANGO RECORDS invites you to an unheard world music psychedelic trip: like through a colorful kaleidoscope we will melt down Indian and Pakistani Vibes, Arab-Tek and Oriental groovy vibes, Afro-Beat rhythms n' pieces, Cumbia Tropicana flavors and cosmic Ghetto-Latin vibes into forbidden sounds of frenzied electronic dancefloor rituals. Outside traditional paths these driving grooves and polyphonic structures take the adventure seeking dancer to Dionysian highs and places never been before.

There was one thing to be done before I left, an awkward, unpleasant thing that perhaps had better have been let alone. But I wanted to leave things in order and not just trust that obliging and indifferent sea to sweep my refuse away. I saw Jordan and talked over and around what had happened to us together and what had happened afterward to me, and she lay perfectly still listening in a big chair. She was dressed to play golf and I remember thinking she looked like a good illustration, her chin raised a little, jauntily, her hair the color of an autumn leaf, her face the same brown tint as the fingerless glove on her knee. When I had finished she told me without comment that she was engaged to another man. I doubted that though there were several she could have married at a nod of her head but I pretended to be surprised. For just a minute I wondered if I wasn’t making a mistake, then I thought it all over again quickly and got up to say goodbye. Estray & Dest are bringing the sunshine into the heart of winter. This is their first offering for Shango Records. These two tracks will throw some vibes into your holiday. P A N and Ka:lu are sunshine lovers.

Our next release on Camel Riders is coming from SHASHA with her EP 'Cairo Dreaming' incl. remixes by RLHBSLCN, Tuba Twooz, Theo Gramal, and Gidor.
Sharon Mansur aka SHASHA is an extremely talented Pianist, Keyboard player, Composer and Producer.
She is touring non-stop around the globe as the keyboard player of several amazing bands such as Orphaned Land, Anna RF, Yossi Fine and Ben Aylon, and more. In recent years, SHASHA has been cultivating her very own electronic project, in addition to her project as a solo pianist.
'Cairo Dreaming' includes 4 original tracks and 4 splendid remixes.
First, we have 'Taqsim', a melodic musical intro that opens this musical celebration, just before the EP theme track. 'Cairo Dreaming' offers a delightful and solid Deep house-ish bass-line, fused with mesmerizing synth melodies, acidic sounds, and trippy yet heart-warming vocals, creating a cutting-edge futuristic and dreamy adventure. Following up next, we have 'House Of Saeed', which displays a cheerful melancholic vibe framed with divine organic elements and warm soulful synth melodies. The 4th original by SHASHA is 'This Is SHASHA', where virtuoso multi-layered synth riffs and melodies come together with exquisite electronic sounds creating an epic tune of middle eastern electronica. On remix duty, we have the pleasure to welcome four extremely talented producers with their debut release on our label. First, we have the Leipzig-based producer, Theo Gramal, which created a downtempo-ish remix for the EP theme track, giving it a rootfull organic interpretation with extremely pleasurable electronic sounds. Following up next we have the Argentinian producer Nicolas Behler aka RLHBSLCN, with his deep and darkish remix for 'House Of Saeed'. Next, we have the duo Tuba Twooz with their powerful and very fresh interpretation for 'This Is SHASHA', which will make you move non-stop. Last but not least, we are serving you an additional remix for 'This Is SHASHA' by Or Gido aka Gidor, which frames the original synth melodies with a darkish vibe full of edgy electronic sounds.
