[FR] Horizons est un projet et label qui a pour but de promouvoir des artistes émergents de la scène techno. Ces derniers pourront y affirmer leur style ou bien expérimenter d'autres facettes de leurs univers musicaux, l'idée étant d'encourager chacun à s'exprimer librement, prendre des risques et (se) surprendre.

[EN] Horizons is a project and a label that aims to promote emerging artists from the techno scene. They will be able to affirm their style or experiment with other facets of their musical universe. The idea being to encourage everyone to express themselves freely, take risks and surprise themselves.
