Founder of NuVibe Productions and Co-Founder of NuVibe Recordings. 

Finding a love for electronic dance music and DJing in 1994 and  first influenced by the sounds of Derrick Carter, DJ Sneak, and Romanthony and chi house, house music found a place at the front of his eclectic and varied record box.
With his first few events and a residency (Savage 7 at Gunnerz in Iowa City in 1996) DJ Uplift began a career that expanded into several residencies and a multitude of other live events over the years. These include playing almost every weekend for 2 years at the Alley Cat in Iowa City between 2000 and 2002. He played several nights at Iowa City's legendary Rotation and also held a residency at Evolution in Waterloo in 2002. With his production company, NuVibe Productions - formed in 1996, he has thrown many one off parties and established 2 monthly events, Blue Friday at Karma in Cedar Rapids during 2009, and currently NuVibe's Sophistifunk in Iowa City.

In 2010 along side Jethro, he formed NuVibe recordings.

my business is technical engeneering and controlling. all my life, i like to listen to music - different styles - based on my mood. since the start of 2020 i create my own music to get a bit away from the technical stress. when i play and i find some melody and a good story board for an track, i sit down on the synthesizer and play my thoughts in real time performance. when done, i save the audio file and post it here. i not use any software to manipulate the stream after the performance. i hope that some of you will have fun with my music.  thanks a lot for any vote.  cheers from bavaria in germany
