Playing at the mother of all alternative festivals means the world to me and this was definitely the gig of my life! Playing at seebühne has been a dream for me since i visited the festival the first time in 2016.

Thanks for the touching support to my friends and all the faces i didnt know so far. Thanks to my crew, my personal care ;) and everyone involved on this journey.

Fun fact: vor etwa zwei Jahren meinte mal jemensch zu mir "Geiler Sound aber warum sind deine Übergänge immer so lang?" 😱 "Hä was? Äh ja weil viele melodische Elemente, verschiedene Tonlagen etc. und vor allem weil ich finde dass es so einfach am besten klingt" 😼 Sache erledigt! Trotzdem musste ich so oft daran denken. Das hat nun endlich dazu geführt, dass auf dem Sonnendeck ein dreckiger Hit dem nächsten in den Schwanz beißt ohne Pause zum Verschnaufen, die ich sonst minutiös für euch mit einplane - ganz passend für ein knackiges 1,5 Stunden Set am Donnerstag Morgen im Sonnenaufgang, right? Die Stage beim Sonnendeck ist recht hoch und es war der helle Wahnsinn zu sehen, wie hunderte Menschen gleichzeitig mit mir zum Drop in die Luft springen 🥰 Arsch raus, Brust raus, lasst einfach alles raus! ❤️‍🔥

This year I played for the very first time at the infamous Fusion Festival in Germany near Berlin on the fantastic Tanzwüste stage. I played on Friday morning from 7-9 am and it was a blast. It was so great to look into so many enjoying faces and living the moment and the music with them (or you, if you were there). A truly inspiring experience. One transition went off into neverland, but that's what happens sometimes. 

Enjoy the ride or have fun re-living the moment.

Fusion + 20 years Bachstelzen <3

Michi and I were set and ready to take over from Mimi Love @spreedelay, but during our third track, our mixer unexpectedly dropped out. It was a bumpy start, but once we switched over to the backup mixer, everything took off and what a ride it turned into! We decided to keep the recording as it was: raw, real, and true to the live experience. Sometimes these little curveballs are just part of the journey.

The photo perfectly captures how we prep our sets—and also explains why our backs and shoulders are always in recovery mode! 😂 (Thank you, Em, for the snap!)

A heartfelt thank you to the entire @bachstelzen crew and Fusion for having us, to the producers behind the tracks, the sound techs, our amazing friends who held space for us, and every dancer and twerker who shared the moment on the floor.

@madmotormiquel, thank you for your constant support, and for being the best samba dancer and twerker a Brazilian could dream of!

P.S. This year marked Fusion’s 26th anniversary and Bachstelzen’s 20th. These collectives have shaped and inspired generations of ravers, myself included. I truly wouldn’t be who I am today without them. Happy birthday, and here’s to many more years of magic!
