Defiance is a collection of tracks constructed while experimentation was underway in the ASC studio between 170BPM Techno and the creation of the Grey Area sound. Upon revision, the vitality and strength of these tunes as a collection became apparent. Leaving these unreleased would be a travesty in our mission to be part of documenting the evolution of the voluminous ASC production legacy. While heavy on effective floor tunes that ASC utilised in his last tour of Europe, Defiance is given an ethereal LP narrative with tunes like opener Exulansis, Tensile, and Sarif. Defiance helps to complete the story of the development of the ASC sound as we know it today.

This is a dedication to the dutch Transhumanism collective and especially to Wibo Lammerts, who tragically passed away this summer.

There’s:

Slaves of Sinus … who has developed his own awesome and special style like nobody else..
RXMode…his music always hits you directly in the face and if not, opens a hell of an atmosphere..
TFHats…his 242ish vocals beside great compositions I like so much because I always feel home listening to them..

Since I started again producing in 2020, Wibo has been a constant source of kindness and honesty at the same time. He liked the melody of Cosmodrome and got me back on my producers feet in no time with his constructive feedback and inspiration. Even after that, he regularly checked on me if i have new stuff, how my tracks are going along and our conversations soon went past being just about music.

He once told me that there is a dutch saying which roughly translated means that whoever gives good will meet good and that he lives by that. I think this is the best description for him.

Rest in peace, mate....

I basically threw all my files from Wibo and my transhumanism tracks into one playlist, sorted it after bpm and gave it a shot...roughly 3 hours later, I was really happy about the flow and decided to publish.
There may be one or two track repeats...really should have cleaned the setlist before getting into it but couldn't wait to drop those bomb objects…

Warming, the introspective division of Warning, was launched by resident Mars Leder as an “off the (Rave) track” mix series in 2019. Since then the aim has been to provide warm vibes in a cold world to help us unwind in hectic times. We’re now expanding the sub-project and present to you WARM01, the first Ambient music release on Warning. With seven mindfully selected tracks from Areliz Ramos, Yhdessa, Caldera, Premis, Lewi Boome, Vertical67, and Warning resident Philipp Otterbach with his new project KYN, a collaboration with Sebastian Eubel. Bulgarian dark mastermind MANASYt（Petar Tassev) has been rocking his own brand of Nurolektro since 2003. He’s responsible for a vast array of menacing titles on labels such as Bunker, Touchin' Bass, Kommando 6, Musar and about 40 other labels worldwide.
An artist that couldn’t care less about trends nor hypes, and whose main driving force is that authentic passion for the genre.
Some of his tunes resemble a future horror movie soundtrack, others a visit to a mental clinic but most sound like what exactly hostile aliens would listen to while attacking Earth.
Currently based in Xiamen, China.
