This is the score composed for choreographer Brenda Way's  2009 dance work called "Waving Not Drowning (A Guide to Elegance)"  for ODC Dance. The text comes from a 1960s etiquette guidebook by French fashion maven Genevieve Antoine Dariaux.

Track 4 (Pop Titles 'You') is an existing work of mine (composed 1986) which Brenda Way asked that I include as one of the movements of the score. Track 6 (Ocean Liner) also contains a permutation of an earlier work of mine called "The MUNI Section".

2.)	Groove Tube ft. Ives
Aliens! This is some interdimensional, interplanetary bass music right here, as illanthropy teams up with the experimental master of low end himself, @Ivesbass. The result is an absolute monster of a track, with a little something for everyone. Immediately we feel the whimsical mood, especially when juxtaposed with the first track of the EP, and these two wizards absolutely nail the “space bass” niche with the grooviest tube you could ever imagine sliding through. Heavy but still tasteful, and sure to be a dance floor slayer.

On The Daily is a décollage of live instrumentation and vinyl samples designed to sound like a postcard looks. It's a 60 minute melting pot of my collective influences from the past three years – both places and people.

The arrangements have been carefully chosen and pieced together to evoke a variety of moods and emotions. The goal was to take full advantage of modern music production technology to evoke a variety of feelings we experience every day.
