واللحن من أروع الألحان القبطية عن السيدة العذراء حيث أنه يجمع كل النبوات التي قالها داود النبي وتخص السيدة العذراء في المزامير
واللحن مكون من 11 ربع
حيث يمدح داود المرنم السيدة العذراء على العشرة أوتار + ربع مقدمة = 11 ربع

وبالفيديو المقابل يقال ربع قبطي ثم يترجم بالعربية

أنا أعرف أنك صالح، رؤوف ورحيم، اذكرنى برحمتك، إلى أبد الأبد.

+ أطلب إليك يا ربى يسوع، أن لا تبكتنى بغضبك، ولا برجزك، تؤدب جهالتى.

لأنك لا تشاء موت الخاطئ، مثل أن يرجع ويحيا، تراءف على ضعفى، ولا تنظر إلىّ بغضب.

+ أخطأت يا يسوع ربى، أخطأت يا يسوع إلهى، يا ملكى لا تحسب علىّ، الخطايا التى صنعتها.

أسألك يا مخلصى، فلتدركنى مراحمك، لتخلصنى من الشدائد، المضادة لنفسى.

+ لا تحرق عدم معرفتى، مثل سدوم، ولا تهلكنى أيضاً، مثل عمورة.

لكن يا ربى إصنع معى، مثل أهل نينوى، الذين تابوا، فغفرت لهم خطاياهم.

+ لكن فلتدركنى سريعاً، مراحمك يا ربى، لأصرخ مع هذا الشعب، بصوت لا يسكت.

من أجل هذا أطلب إليك، أيها الرب الإله مخلصى، لا تحاكمنى، أنا الضعيف الخاطئ.

+ لكن حل واغفر، لى ذلاتى الكثيرة، كصالح ومحب البشر، إرحمنا كعظيم رحمتك.

Prayed by Fr. Gregory Bekhit during the celebration of the Holy Liturgy, prayed predominantly in the Coptic language, at Saint Mary Coptic Orthodox Church of East Brunswick, NJ on Wednesday, July 20, 2016.
The Liturgy was celebrated by Fr. Kyrillos Said and Fr. Gregory Bekhit, and led by Moallem Ibrahim Ayad and a chorus of deacons from churches around New Jersey and New York.

In the Coptic Church, the hymn melodies change to match the season. This hymn is chanted on the weekends of the Great Fast, with the words comprising a shortened version of the Lord's Prayer ("Our Father who art in heaven...");the same melody applies for another well known hymn known as "Onishtee" in Coptic. This melody, being on the weekend of the Great Fast, is slightly more up-beat than weekday hymns, yet is still solemn in accordance with the humble season.
