Born 1999 in England, Max Robinson has been perfecting his craft behind the scenes for the past 6 years. However, in September 2022, superstar DJ Afrojack played one of his songs on the mainstage of Ultra Japan after hearing it on a livestream earlier that week. After numerous plays on Afrojack’s JACKED Radio and Tomorrowland Adscendo 2023, it is finally time for Max to get some releases under his belt. Predominantly making uplifting and captivating Progressive House with catchy melodies, the future is bright for this new producer.

The Music Production Academy (The MPA), is a London-based online Music Production School, that aims to teach and provide innovative, useful production techniques for people working with music and sound. Our process and techniques have been finely tuned over three decades of lived studio experience. 

Learn directly through knowledge gained from Producing, Mixing, Engineering, and Mastering sessions for artists such as, Björk, Massive Attack, Depeche Mode and U2 to name a few. We aim to show you the process you haven’t lived yet, sharing with you what it is like to be in the studio with some of the most talented bands and artists in the world.

Along the way explaining what it is like to be in the room for those moments in musical history, teaching you the techniques used to make those records.

The MPA endeavour to foster creativity through engaging and playful experiences. We combine past influences with modern concepts and possibilities, to allow a place for new ways of working and thinking while allowing original ideas to flourish.

Hi, I'm Andrew Caryl.

I am a musician, songwriter and music producer. My songs have been streamed in more than 150 countries and added to thousands of playlists by millions of listeners on streaming platforms and have been heard tens of millions of times in TikTok and Instagram videos.

My music reflects decades of influence from new wave artists like Howard Jones and Duran Duran to glam rockers T-Rex to modern pop artists like Lady Gaga, Shawn Mendes, Bruno Mars and Ed Sheeran.

I love to work with other artists and producers and have had label releases in collaboration with artists from all over the world including American Idol finalist Robbie Rosen, Venezuelan Future House prodigy Sam Ourt, up and coming German House producer BASTL, Hungarian violinist and producer Zita, French vocalist Enlia and L.A. based Ana Roze to name a few.
