This was one of my favourite sets in the 10 years I've been DJing, opening to a small crowd that built over the course of the hour.

This mix features a blend of underground house, disco, and live mashups. Hope you enjoy it!

Ben Sims All Night Long in Mexico City, March 2024

Brazilian vocalist CERES has the same Italian management team that brought TWENTY SIX and Tayson Kryss to wider acclaim last year. When she visited the UK last year, she met with Kevin McKay for a writing session. The first cut from that session ("Sugarcane") was in keeping with CERES' fast-paced, hard-hitting style. "Remedy" is the second and is more in line with what you'd expect from a Kevin McKay record. Kicking off with Walter Gibbons-style percussion, Kevin adds a deep kick and hypnotic bass before warm pads lead the way to CERES' superb topline. "I need your love; give it to me like a sweet remedy", she intones as Kevin wraps her vocals in swirling strings and fabulous Fender Rhodes chords. So, if you are looking for something that sounds like Kevin's current chart-topping version of "In The Air Tonight" but is 100% original, this is it.

We're overjoyed to finally be able to share the recording from a night in The Bowl with the pioneering DJ, producer, and architect for much of today's house music; Ron Trent.

Known for sets that embody the essence of soul, his performance from last Summer was undoubtedly a highlight for many.
