"Life" is the 6th and last piece of the suite "The Light". The piece explores the beginning of life in Genesis 1:1 -5. The piece was intentionally made to explore the breath and heart beat of life as man kind came into being. A combination of synth sounds were used to create motion and to illustrate the beginning of the first heart beat. Motion is created using synth concepts and the heart beat itself is illustrated using promiment drum sounds towards the end of the piece. Sean originally created an electronic track in the mid 2010's which was called "Blood" which was far more experimental and solely focused on the human heart beat and its potential for erratic behaviour. Creating "Life" was informed by this piece, what makes this track unique is the composer's focus on not only the heart but breath, blood flow and motion. Enjoy the track and if you keep listening you will hear the extra piece "Blood" included in this suite which was remastered and re-released with this last piece.
