Jilliana who is being hailed as one of the sweetest new voices in trance has enjoyed an amazing debut this year with “This Time” along side Philippe el Sisi &amp; Abstract Vision, with the Wach remix being played 5 times on ASOT and featured on Armin’s ASOT Ushuaia 2014 CD. With talk of this ''This Time'' being in the top vocal trance releases of 2014, we are more than excited to bring you the follow up ''Will Be Forever'' with Denis Kenzo who again has blown us away with his typical big room melodic sensational sound!

Denis Kenzo has been carving out a solid name for himself as he builds the platforms to step up to the big time, and with his music being supported not only by Armin but by all the big players in the scene incl. Markus Schulz, Cosmic Gate, BT etc, it wont be too long before everyone knows the name of this incredible Russian talent. Denis shows his multitude of skills in two very different mixes, the original mix in his euphoric dream trance sound and the other a more filthy big room progressive sound complete with dubstep style fx and and plenty of side-chained synth seduction.

We here believe that music is an elegant pathway into thoughts, our inner most secretive thoughts that can only be released when our true self are woken by sounds that engulf any inhibitions & make them fade away. Our next producer has done exactly that with his productions to date. We bring you Tomek Krajewski aka Bee Hunter. The Poland based producer stormed into the scene with full force, engulfing us all in his tracks such as "Agava" on Sunset Melodies, "Ionized" on Fuzzy Recordings & "The Sin" on Pineapple Digital. 

It is a pleasure to have him produce this breathtaking 3 track EP for us & what a delight it is to be able to wander of into a scenic sunset that never ends in our musical world.  The first stunning track titled "Blue Lagoon" is as gorgeous as it sounds, just think, an isolated patch of paradise where the waters around you are a glistening combination of blues & turquoises. With nothing around you but this serene, melody fused production, it clambers the air with a generous variety of chord progressions, powerful bass lines & hypnotic kicks. Add in the brilliantly devised piano line that runs through bringing out the beach like feeling, the aura becomes increasingly chilled and soothing. A bright & warm way to start this journey  into the haven of light.

 Following this, we have the tropical & euphoric sounds of "Isla Negra". This wonderful track retains the sweet melodies from the former track except it takes a more energetic & on the go feel with the increased speed of the chords & percussions, this time slightly blending in the piano with both for a more subtle yet prominent sound. This superb & skillfully composed track pays homage to the beautiful region that is located on the dazzling coastal lines of Chile. From start to finish, you can feel the powerful textures of the sounds forming dynamically to create the perfect summer aura regardless of what season it is. The simple yet thoughtful finish of the crickets chirping brings a well placed & calming end to an exquisite piece of art. 
Last but not least to complete this tremendously amazing EP is a more chilled out & relaxed production and a great way to close this fine selection of tracks. "Crystal" is as the name suggests, a rich, gleaming &  remarkably beautiful release comprised up of uplifting yet soothing melodies, light pads & again a wonderful range of chords and soft piano lines. The subdued sounds work well as a moment of resting & thought for the listeners with the occasional vocal lines cropping through adding to the tranquil atmosphere of the track.  

We hope you enjoyed this quality EP from Bee Hunter & we most certainly hope to have given you a slice of heaven that is melodic progressive house at its best. As always, we finish up with affirming a connection with all the listeners, the music is within us all & magnificent productions like this just keep us holding out for more, and you best believe, there is plenty more gems to come. Spearheaded by the powerful Above & Beyond Club Mix, “Black Room Boy” is the seventh – and final - single to be taken from the UK-based trio’s acclaimed “Group Therapy” album.  

With its lyrical inspiration focusing on the bitterness of an insular, introverted character who lives out his frustrations in the virtual world of the internet, “Black Room Boy” is driven by the vocals of Above & Beyond’s own Tony McGuinness – who penned the song’s lyrics –with the familiar tones of Richard Bedford adding a second layer in the chorus.   

A stand-out moment in Above & Beyond’s recent sets everywhere from Australia to Hawaii, the driving progressive-influenced Above & Beyond Club Mix is an unraveling epic with many peaks and a deep, emotive breakdown.

The Above & Beyond Club Mix of “Black Room Boy” will feature on Above & Beyond’s landmark “Anjunabeats Volume 10” compilation – released on 4 March.

(R)EVOLUTION: THE REMIXES encompasses fresh-off-the-desk reworkings from a full company of van Dyk’s fellow production studionauts.  Also included is the radio edit of “Such A Feeling” ft. Austin Leeds and vocalist Elijah King, a remake of the instrumental “Verano” that has never been available in North America before.  Leading the charge is the production brotherhood of Woody van Eyden and Alex M.O.R.P.H., who are respectively tasked with retakes of “Sun After Heartbreak” and “Such A Feeling.” Drawing on a wealth of harmonics, thermal synths and Sue McLaren's and Elijah King's vocal talents, they reposition PvD’s original versions in an entirely new light. 

Musical mutineers Kyau & Albert, Maarten De Jong and John O’Callaghan zoom in on some more big room aspects.  Their radical interpretations of “Open My Eyes,” “Symmetries” and “I Don’t Deserve You” respectively highlight drums, percussion and distortion that are altogether more atomic in nature.
 
Emphasizing both the popularity and musical latitude of the latter track, “I Don’t Deserve You” featuring vocalist Plumb gets two further reconfigurations. Having already been voted one of the 15 biggest trance songs of the year on Armin van Buuren’s ASOT radio show, “Deserve” gets some house flavor into its system.  Dubbing up the vocal, Gabriel Ben lets the hats hiss, the percs ride and the rhythms flow on his mix. Meanwhile, fellow American producer WAWA rolls in one big piano moment after another, inciting voracious uplift and fanning (R)EVOLUTION’s flames even further.  

“Naturally, the original versions of EVOLUTION’s tracks were my and my co-producers’ visions. To date, the singles have brought some wonderful, creative remixes with them--ones that blew me away when I heard them,” states Paul van Dyk.  “I played the tracks in clubs and on the radio throughout 2012. They were the seeds for this album and now is the right time to push the boundaries of EVOLUTION a bit further.”

Taking things momentarily deeper and more subversively progressive, the Directors Cut mix seizes on “Love Ammunition”’s lyrical metaphor.  Underpinned by a potent groove and sure-shot drop, Michelle Leonard’s vocals scorch the room. The album stays with her tones as Giuseppe Ottaviani takes control of “Lost In Berlin,” building it up into a mainline titan. 

With PvD’s full backing, other remix-revolutionaries are given free reign to take the music where they see fit.  Pedro del Mar & Double V rock up a storm on the Sue McLaren-vocalled/Arty-co-produced “The Sun After The Heartbreak.” Elsewhere, young-blood Uzbek producer Exense masterminds the “Rock This” rebuild. Tactically he whips it into a powder-keg progressive piece, holding back the pitch-bent synths and rousing shout to the break’s final precipice. Elsewhere, audio guerrillas like Niels von Ahorn, Robert Mint, Nick Callaghan & Will Atkinson and others perform coup after coup with eclectic, thrilling reworkings that build into the consummate EVOLUTION revision.
