BIO: 
Partners in Grime aka Pressha & Kat1lyst first met in the year 3033. Both had been Stationed on the 12th Planet to explore unknown areas of bass. They first met during a very dark time in the universe known as the Great Skrillex Depression. Working together in the deep coal mines of Noisia is where these two honed their skills.

Pressha being a master of the Abacus and Kat1lyst being highly skilled in the art of Taxidermy these two knew they had no choice but to team up.

Shortly after coming together to form the PiG alliance these two went on to create life changing inventions. Things such as the Fizzy Lifting Drink, Swiss Cheese, The Revolving Door, The Cucumber and the most important thing of them all.. Their 8th mix in a series of mixes.

These two have opened for a huge roster of talent. Sharing the stage with people such as Obama, Merlin, The Girl Next Door, Bunny Sparkle GoGo Festival Goddess, Slush Puppy, Random Henchmen #2, Satan, Tom From Myspace, Season 3 of Teen Mom and last but not least Elton Johns Hairdresser.

In a crushing blow to the empire, illegal bass is being distributed furiously throughout the neo world underground and the regime has lost control.

The Rebellion has spread like wildfire & the galaxy is in turmoil as more and more humans begin to spread underground bass transmissions and the evil empire is powerless to stop it.  

Six Bass warriors from different reaches of the galaxy will become forever intertwined in a series of events that only fate itself could have foretold, and accidentally find themselves changing the course of Bass history. 

@thebeatkitty drops a certifiably Hyphy Global bass tune featuring none other than @anniedolly on the mic, dropping empowering female-powered lyrical witchcraft like no one else can.  Filled with equal parts humor and ferocity, this track will keep you moving and singing along till the end!

So honored to be included in the 25 Years of Earthdance compilation! With the last days of summer fading in Wisconsin and after attending a festival for the first time in years, I was really inspired by the vibes of late night stages in the woods, bundling up next to a fire with friends, and the recollection of how powerful it can be to experience music on a big system. This song was meant to strike a balance between cozy at-home listening and something that would feel textured and vibrant on a late night bass stage. It incorporates my original guitar playing, low subs, and some ethereal textures that tie everything together. Thanks for listening and supporting my music <3

intro

divergent series builds on a glitchy melodic sequence that was composed on my modular synth. rich harmonies layered with reverb and broken by glitches, repeats, and stutters provide the foundation for one of my favorite things that I wrote in 2023.

this track has been through so many iterations. really thrilled to finally call it done and share it with the world. the original WIP title was "bugs" because it was based around some loud field recordings of insects. those sounds were eventually stripped to make room for guitar layers and percussion. this track blends some inspirations from shoegaze and jam, using a bunch of original guitar layers, along with some 808 drums and other synthetic sounds. hope you dig it :)

this track was a really fun exploration of non-4/4 time in bass music (count that 9/4) along with one of my favorite gnarly bass sounds. i hope you dig the meditations :)

originally titled 'heady groover', this track uses some drums from the tr-8s, sparse modular sounds for the melodic bits, and some heavy subs.  really digging this tempo for club-inspired stuff these days
