We are a podcast that looks at creativity, well-being and mental health. We interview experts in the field and the explore the links between these, and how people can make the most of these! And So They Think is made up of friends writer Francesca Baker (And So She Thinks) and poet Dave James Horn (Visible Thoughts).

Virginia Woolf said, 'My mind is a hive of words that won't settle.' Francesca Baker feels the same way. So she puts those words to good use, exploring the world and then writing about it. A writer, journalist, marketer and events organiser, her work is always about creativity, curiosity, connection and communication.

Dave is a poet based in Folkestone, UK. He has have been writing for several years and draws his influences from poets such as Rumi, Bob Dylan and Scroobius Pip. He graduated with a degree in Journalism and Media Studies. He now enjoys reading and learning about philosophy, psychology and physics; with a strong interest in yoga, meditation and tea. His poems tend to draw on these interests, some with a social outlook as well.
