Another new remix, this time for Metachemicals new label - Western Bloc. 

Loved remixing this track, it was quite a challenge but very rewarding. The original track is a Drum N Bass tune and my funky Psy style seemed to compliment the samples well.

I would love to know what anyone thinks. Its certainly one of my favourite remixes that I have done :) Out now by the way ;)

Brain of the “Chill-out” branch of the Hadra Altervision Records label and programmer of the Hadra Trance Festival, Sysyphe is a complete artist in constant search of new musical pearls.
After two compilations Hadravision and 2 albums (“Running Up That Hill” and “The Cities of Silver Trees”) produced by Hadra, Sysyphe continues his path with his DJ set mixing all the styles that have nourished his career, from ambient to downtempo through a deep house and a deep trance. From shadow to light in the pursuit of constant emotion and serenity.

Hadra Altervision Records is the new hybrid label of the Hadra association. Founded in 2017, the label aims to promote alternative aesthetics to psytrance music and shines through the diversity of its musical energies: Chill-Out, Downtempo, Ethno-world, Psybass, Psydub, Techno, Dub and Drum’n’Bass.
Supported by the artist and label manager Sysyphe, Hadra Altervision Records already welcomes many artists: djs (Benzihno, B.Brain, Kalifer, Gagarin Project, Sysyphe etc.), lives (Meelk, Smooth Criminal, Ekaologik, Lakay…) but also electro-acoustic groups (Deyosan, Aora Paradox…).

Andy Faze:

Andy Tappin is a DJ, Producer, Scientist and avid electronic music lover of over 15 years on the scene. Spinning everything from House, Techno & Trance, Andy has honed his craft into Breakbeat! Over the last 5 years Andy has established himself as a respected producer & DJ in the scene with over 50 releases, on more than 15 international, leading & influential record labels.

His progressive style and consistant slick production with-in the modern day Psybreaks sound, has earned him great respect and many fans. Many of Andy's releases have reached the top 100 charts in all major download stores and many of them reaching the top 50!

Andy has performed at various clubs and festivals here in the UK, across Europe, and has graced the same stages and nights with legendary acts such as - Eat Static, Cosmosis, The Orb, Green Nuns of the Revolution, System 7, Liquid Ross, Astralasia, Transglobal Underground, OOOD, Hedflux and Guadi to name a few. 

He helps run Sub Element Recordings, which was voted best new label in 2014 at - Breakspoll (The International Breakbeat Awards). Andy was also nominated for an award in 2013 along with DJ Fastbinder for best radio show (Future Breakz Live). Andy now runs his own Psybreaks podcast (Elements), which has gained over 20,000 subscribers (in just 18 months), welcomed massive support, and is growing each day! 

Mr Faze  has recieved support from respected artists such as - Nick Sentience, Hedflux, Bad Tango, Broken Eye, OOOD, Monk3ylogic, Chris Voro, Pale Penguin, Llupa, Too Dusty, AP3X, Martopeter, plus many others.

With already an extensive discography - many productions, remixes and a brand new album planned for the summer, the horizon looks bright! :)
