A Glitterbox collaboration from legends Shakedown & Bootsy Collins, ‘Funky And You Know It’, receives a remix from French multi-faceted artist Myd. Originally released in September 2023, the Swiss electronic project Shakedown joined forces with American record producer, vocalist and funk legend Bootsy Collins for an instant classic that has soundtracked the label’s extravagant parties ever since. Now the producer, DJ and member of esteemed electronic band Club Cheval Myd steps up on remix duties, adding his eclectic flair to the funk-laden record. The Ed Banger signed artist’s remix of ‘Funky And You Know It’ takes the rolling feel of the original and ups the tempo, injecting a dose of nu disco into the already uplifting track and ensuring the distinctive vocals of Bootsy Collins are heard on global dancefloors for years to come.

After a year of work, my first E.P is finally out. The tracks are all personal to me, and incorporate elements from natural surroundings.

1. Hope and Happiness - This track is based on the stumbling blocks that we are presenting with in life, and that positivity is the way to move forward. The bad things in life can make us stronger.
2. Unconditional Love - Based on loss and grief. Whilst it hurts so greatly to loose a loved one, it helps to look back and appreciate the times that we had with them, being grateful for having them in our lives in the first place.
3. Sunrise Over Tumbling Bay - This track will bring you to Tumbling Bay in Ware, Hertfordshire. It's a ambient journey with twists and turns throughout.
4. Unconditional Love (Instrumental) - The instrumental version of Track 2.
