Ok I'll write this as it is me, Andy Anderson writing it (it seems every DJ has their own biographer these days).

I've been DJ'ing for 22 years and bought my first decks at 18 with my spare ££ (after a heavy Thursday night out for my birthday - note the sarcasm there). I sort of self taught myself the basics of DJ'ing, i.e. beatmatching, cueing, 4/4 beats etc, and followed the top jocks to help develop my style over the years.

My style varies, but is more known for good Progressive Trance (or my own interpretation). However, I don't really want to pigeon hole myself as in my opinion I can play a decent enough set any time of the night, whether it be warming up from the start, for the headliner or finishing off in style.

I've been fortunate enough in the last 15 years to have run my own "Simply Ibiza" nights in my hometown as well as DJ for brands such as DS Invitation, In;Progress, Future Forward, Send Off, Off The Rails, Wax Format, Blueprint, Majefa and Like It's 1999. 

I'm not into spamming or the politics that bane the clubbing scene, I prefer to make contacts in the scene through having stunning good looks and a winning smile LOL (ok but seriously by just being a clubber myself and the enjoyment of meeting like minded people).

Any mixes that are uploaded on here are recorded 'live' at home. They're not done on a program which syncs everything perfectly for a flawless mix, they're recorded from my turntables/mixer onto my computer and uploaded, errors/imperfections and all. A good mix to me has character, not just track selection but the technical mixing ability itself. As you'll see I am a vinyl junkie at heart and play vinyl only sets out nowadays.
