The theme of this night was 'A decade of trance' and on my much favoured warmup duties. It was an ideal opportunity to dig into a few older and also fresh progressive favourites. Including a number of favourites from the very start of the ten year selection, a few of those that only saw the light of day on vinyl.

So here it is, i'm proud to have been able to release my warm-up set from the amazing night that was Matt Hardwick's Final Farewell - August 19th 2011, at Off The Rails, Sheffield.

Personally, I would call this the biggest set of my life, as I got to warm-up for my hero and inspiration 11:30pm-12:30pm before his epic five-plus hour journey to mark hanging up his headphones (well, throwing them into the crowd) as a career DJ. All recorded live with plenty of crowd noise to really capture the atmosphere.
