Part of my COVID Covers series - my cover of Del Amitri's 1992 hit from their album "Change Everything." Every electric guitar is a '62 Fender Telecaster Custom, acoustic guitar is an Epiphone Masterbilt Zenith, and bass is a '75 Fender Jazz.

The Last to Know

“Bim Bom,” written by Brazilian composer Jãoa Gilberto, is considered the first bossa nova tune ever recorded (1958). I managed to get five incredibly talented collaborators to help out on my arrangement: Christa Crawford Valency on vocals, Doug Booth on electric guitar, Hans Becker on piano, Fred Benedetti on nylon string guitar, and Chris Lea on baritone sax. I played bass, electric rhythm guitar (left channel), sang, programmed and played percussion, and mixed. Enjoy and obrigado!
