Crawling Thru Your Ears

This song paints a picture of the quarrels of crooked Police Brutality, the fear people of color endure from them, and the rebellion against the status quo. Also heavily influenced by the Summer protests and riots during the height of the 2020 pandemic.

Here's an extremely rough home demo of Love Song, later recorded by the Damned, possibly recorded on a Tascam reel to reel 4 track which allowed bouncing - but of course the sound starts to get murky fairly sharpish. The drums are some tapping on the mic with a pencil (snare) and index finger (bassdrum). As ever Johnny is giving it his all here but sadly Mr Vanian couldn't be persuaded to repeat his final "you're a b**ch" ad lib on the Chiswick Records recording.
