Innocent Music presents their fifth vinyl only release for their 3rd anniversary! This time our label boss Aney F. delivered us 2 original productions and he invite Diwex & Mene as remixers! Definitely one of the vinyls you should have in your bag, this time we printed 500 copies with printed cover and colourful vinyl to make our anniversary and this release even more special!

'Restored' will see artists such as Danny Daze, Popof, Joris Voorn, Harvard Bass and MonkeySafari all remix tracks from the original 'Restore' album by Marc Houle. We've heard the whole thing and trust us, it's fucking great.

Today however we have the premiere of M.A.N.D.Y's edit and the German duo have gone in hard with their re-imaginging. 'Business' has been turned into a dark and menacing roller, with mutant undertones and fierce zaps to boot. It's a trippy one and we're sure it'll hypnotise any crowd that hears it.

MARC HOULE UNVEILS ‘RESTORED’ REMIX ALBUM 	

Marc Houle is set to release a full remix package from his debut LP, Restore, featuring remix contributions from an all-star line-up of techno luminaries including Danny Daze, Harvard Bass, Julian Jeweil, Joris Voorn, M.A.N.D.Y., Popof and Marc Houle himself.

Originally released on Richie Hawtin’s Minus label a decade ago, Restore stands alone as Houle’s very first long-player and helped to establish his penchant for the quirkier side of techno and his superlative production skills. Spread across 11 tracks it encapsulated the dark, minimal, groove-driven sound purveyed by Hawtin and the rest of the Minus crew, while retaining a strong sense of Houle’s unique character and identity. Now it’s the perfect time to breath new life into an album that has stood the test of time, still utterly infectious and absorbing – a collection of music that captures an era of stripped back, yet captivating sounds. 

10 years since its release, the album is getting the remix treatment and Marc has called in some of the very best in techno talent to give Restore a fresh makeover. The selection of artists who’ve contributed to the ‘Restored’ project includes heavyweights such as Joris Voorn, M.A.N.D.Y. and Popof together with additional reworks from stars of the new generation such as Danny Daze, Julian Jeweil and Harvard Bass, all giving his tracks a new lease of life. In addition, Houle himself has also stepped up to offer a new contemporary take on his own music, collaborating with vocalist Genevieve Marentette on ‘Demor’.

Closing up, the &#8220;Duss On Acid&#8221; mix does just that, introducing warped synth action, squelches and a grinding rhythm section.

Innocent Music is proud to release first EP by its leading force, the young and talented producer Aney F. from Slovenia, who is also a co-founder of our label.

The track is made out of groovy bass line, funky chords and a little bit of darker electronic sounds which give you the old school feeling.

With it, Aney F. would like to show you something new and different from his previous work. The original track is remixed by a talented duo named Newbie Nerdz. Their remix is inspired by an original mix that is certainly much less deep but just as interesting. Their intentions are to follow a trend which is deep, dark and has been twirling in their heads a lot lately.

The original track from Miss Soulfly expresses a dark sexy side and its telling you to put your sunglasses on and forget about your everyday worries. The remix from Sunrose also has this darker side and its tech vibe will also drive you away from your everyday troubles. The remix from Aney F has a more house like feeling and the groove will never leave you standing. With this original track Eddie F takes us on a more darker journey, Faze Action really has this dark midnight back alley vibe, that will faze all your senses.
 
The remix from CgDex has a more brighter side and its filled with bright organ stabs and optimistic pads.
 
The remix from Aney F still keeps you on the darker side, with its alienated, almost inhuman sounds you will feel the midnight back alley opening in front of your eyes.
 
The Remix from Lawless Nut has the right amount of darkness and frankness, which he expresses through his interpretation of Faze Action.
 
The remix from Dejvid has a more housy side, with deep stabs and dreamy pads this remix will take you far away from the fazed darkness.
