John Clapper is me! I'm a Southampton-born-turned-Manchester-Northerner living in London!

I'm into all sorts of music genres; Rock, Pop, Acoustic, Blues and Country to name a few. My favorite artists include The Beatles, Queen, Damien Rice, Eric Clapton and Ed Sheeran, If it's catchy, I'll like it! 

As a solo acoustic musician I'm regularly gigging at prestigious venues in and around Manchester & London such as The Hard Rock Cafe (Manchester), The Oast House, Proud Camden and The Botanist restaurants to name a few.

John Berry is from Edinburgh and is a (Jam Tarts) Hearts fan, Michael Felton is a Londoner and a Chelsea fan and Andrew Wragg is a Northerner who supports Liverpool. They all love the beautiful game.

Meeting at their day jobs, two actors and an illustrator struck up a friendship that has seen many years of talking about football and life! Here they are discussing football and let the tangents ensue!

John Croft (b. 1971) studied philosophy and music at the Victoria University of Wellington, and composition and music cognition at the University of Sheffield. He also studied with John Casken at the University of Manchester, where he completed his doctorate. He is currently Reader at Brunel University London. Ensembles and soloists that have performed his music include Ensemble L’Itinéraire, the BBC Philharmonic, the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, the London Sinfonietta, Ensemble Exposé, Gageego!, Studiya Novoi Muzyki, Distractfold Ensemble, Explore Ensemble, Séverine Ballon, Juliet Fraser, Marij van Gorkom, Philip Thomas, Matthew Barley, Richard Craig, and Xenia Pestova. He  received First Prize in the 2001 International Jurgenson Competition for his String Quartet and the the 2011 ICMC European Region Award for ...ne l'aura che trema for alto flute and live electronics. His Intermedio III for bass clarinet and live electronics won the Prix Ton Bruynèl 2012.
