Ana María Romano G. is a Colombian composer and interdisciplinary sound artist. Her creative interests center around acoustic and electroacoustic media and participation in interdisciplinary projects involving contemporary dance, video dance, performance and live arts. Her creative interests stem in the intersection of gender, sound and technology, listening, soundscape, noise, experimentation, improvisation, cyberspace, body and the political dimension of the creative. Her artistic works have been featured in festivals and published in physical support and by several netlabels in Latin America, Europe, North America, and Asia.
Currently, she teaches at Universidad El Bosque and Universidad de Antioquia. She is the coordinator of the Plataforma Feminista En Tiempo Real (Feminist Platform En Tiempo Real) dedicated to the encounter between sound and technology with focus on women and LBTQ+. She has been nominated to the CLASSICAL NEXT INNOVATION AWARD 2019 (Holland) for the work of making visible the work of women in the field of experimental sound creation with technologies through the Festival En Tiempo Real.

Catorce reflexiones sobre el fin | Angélica Castelló

An electroacoustic piece for flute, viola, harp and live electronics created in collaboration between Luz González and Trío Tramontana. The proposal is based on the intention of creating music in a cooperative and horizontal way. Although the four musics are independent, Luz Gonzalez's electronics can modify the sound of Tramontana. The acoustic instruments are the sound root of a superorganism that the audience will perceive as a whole.

Cuacochi in Nahuatl language  means “to sleep in a tree”. 
As a wind player myself I have always been particularly fascinated by the sound of the air through my instruments. As a performer and improviser I have developed a big palette of wind sounds, mixing them with related sounds such as static radio noise and white noise. 
With “Cuacochi” I wanted to explore these sounds further, using air and white noise as basically the only auditive material and developing a graphic notation for this specific material, the score being inspired by the colours and shapes of trees moving with the wind.
