"Born & raised in Los Angeles, CA, GIEEZY aka Angie grew up around performing arts & music and started as a hip-hop/dubstep/trap DJ in November 2019 with Academy of DJs. Through the years, she has diversified her sound and enjoys playing anything that can get the crowd energized - from bass house, baile funk, bounce edits, future bass, and more. She continues to grow her love for all sorts of genres & sub-genres, while allowing herself to freely express her creativity.

Spring is my favorite season ever - mainly because I’ve always loved the idea of blooming literally and metaphorically. This one was the most extraordinary for sure. While Winter was cold and taught me some things the hard way, I’m grateful for all the warmth that followed. I wear my heart on my sleeve.. (sometimes to a fault) but I now realize I’m worthy of the same love I give to the people and things I care about. I am worthy of happiness. There is hope, after all.

To my favorite person - you came in so unexpectedly and nulled all the pain I’ve felt from my past, brightened up the present, and rewrote a future better than anything I could’ve ever dreamt of.
