Johan van Rensburg has been drawn to music since the age of 4. This passion lead him to learn playing the piano, and stirred a passion to start singing.
He then joined the worship team at age 7 and since then grew into Leading Worship at Spirit Word Ministries. He travels locally and internationally releasing what God has placed on his life, through music.

He leads worship at conferences, worship conferences, churches, prophetic conferences and events. While ministering the Word of God, he sees many supernatural miracles and healing taking place.

Johan has been in various bands, he started Sons of Life in 2013,  and has since been venturing out into many different music avenues which God has placed in his life.

Johan’s heart is for people worldwide to encounter the true presence and love of God in a new and fresh way through praise and worship.

His vision is to equip praise and worship teams to engage their audience into God's presence and bring people back to their first love of God.

Music is an incredibly powerful medium serving as a form of meditation and worship, which allows us to really press in and open up the treasures that are hidden inside each of us. The deeper we press into God's almighty presence, the thicker the anointing becomes and the more of God's glory and power is revealed.
 By engaging in His presence; people are set free, healing takes place, believers are filled with joy and peace. 
 As we set the perfect atmosphere for holy worship unto our Lord Jesus, we know and believe that anything can happen.

This is Johan's hunger; for things of the supernatural! Johan is on a journey to engage, equip and redefine holy worship for God's children.
