As premiered by Majestic Casual, GRADES' remix of Brandy's classic R&B anthem 'I Wanna Be Down' is the first bootleg in a series to be released online. Brandy’s original version of ‘I Wanna Be Down’ was a defining hit of the Nineties R&B when it was first released in 1994. The track topped Billboard’s Hot R&B / Hip-Hop Songs chart and reached #6 on Billboard Hot 100. 

“I was born in the Nineties and grew up in the Nineties listening to a lot of that style of R&B which was a big influence on me,” says G R A D E S. “It’s a song I love to play in my DJ sets and always goes down really well, so I wanted to put a modern spin on an old classic.”

Australian duo Yolanda Be Cool return with All That She Wants featuring vocalists SYF and Fritz Helder formerly of Azari & III – their first piece of work since the Canadian outfit recently disbanded. This collaboration between four of the brightest minds in electronic music today resurrects the Ace Of Base ‘90s pop classic in a cool, brooding, chugging fashion. The two-part remix EP releasing on Dim Mak Records February 4 and February 18 respectively, includes the original version from Yolanda Be Cool and features remixes from a cast of rising producers including Human Life, Walker & Royce, Plastic Plates, Wordlife, and Go Freek.

For years Robosonic have been building a reputation as DJs for murdering dancefloors worldwide – not only playing what they really feel, but also performing their own multidimensional electronic music. Together with the Adana Twins from Hamburg they made a hot new EP on 2DIY4.

The first track is made up of melodic disco and funk inspired tunes and easy basslines which immediately bring you to the vibe of summer. The lovely Vocal adds further feelings of recklessness and freedom which will immediately get you to dance.
The second track „Barracuda“ takes a darker approach with it’s dirty bassline, still combining disco infected vocals and elements in style. It is like turning back time right into the disco- dancefloor of the 70’s!
