Boogotti Slim was born in Jamaica, Kingston at the age of 6 migrated to the Bronx, Queens and Manhattan New York. He ended up moving to Miami, Florida and Broward County, Florida. Living in South Florida really impacted his life over the years and propelled him in the rap culture of hip hop music. Due to legal issues and doing a bid his music took a hiatus but he was able to drop several mixtapes, interviews and music videos before then. Boogotti Slim's rhyming style and rhymes are witty, realistic, pack with humor, which is catchy and so shockingly uncut he doesn't hold back on the mic he learn this tactic from Biggie Smalls, Lil Wayne DMX and Rick Ross. He started doing music at the early age of 12 yrs old. While serving probation community hours at a church for a Strong Arm robbery charge he took the mic one night in the church and did a freestyle battle with a older teen that  he killed in the battle which that lead to one of the church musician members being so impress he begged Boogotti's mom to bring him to the studio that following week, from that it elevated his love for music. Fast forward Boogotti Slim paints a vivid picture with his music he stated music is a therapy for him, a passion and when he's in the booth the mic is his canvas for his art to displayed. With his unorthodox blend of Down South and Up North flow and delivery this artist is going to blow the competition away. In Boogotti Slim's own words he was quoted saying "Many people have voices but the fans choice who gets heard and I want my voice be one of substance because i represent the streets, the struggle, the oppress and the voice without a voice. I get it my music not for everybody but its definitely steered towards my generation and those in the trenches". Boogotti Slim is more then a hood rapper he is a entertainer plus his work ethic is endless he has hundreds of songs unreleased, he drops and writes music at a fast pace.
