Darkness slowly dissolves into light, reflecting a shift from uncertainty to calm awareness. Written in 2013 during a journey through the Altai Mountains in Siberia, the verses capture the quiet, expansive atmosphere of that landscape and the introspective mood it evokes. In the end, “floating high” symbolizes a state of emotional clarity, freedom, and serene elevation.
