1. Management Services: The Manager agrees to provide management services to the Artist, including but not limited to booking appearances, concerts, radio interviews, podcasts, ticket sales, merchandise, marketing, and music publishing.

2. Compensation: The Artist agrees to pay the Manager a commission of 25%-45% of the Artist's annual income. The commission shall be calculated based on the gross income received by the Artist from all sources, including but not limited to appearances, concerts, radio interviews, podcasts, ticket sales, merchandise, marketing, and music publishing.

3. Exclusive Representation: The Artist agrees to grant the Manager exclusive representation rights in all matters related to the Artist's career. The Manager shall have the sole authority to negotiate and enter into contracts on behalf of the Artist.

4. Jurisdiction: The Artist agrees to grant the Manager the authority to represent the Artist in any legal proceeding. The Manager shall have the right to hire legal counsel on behalf of the Artist and make decisions regarding legal matters.
