A new labor of love. This set took some time, finding singular tracks that inspired me whilst wading through hundreds that didn't to find the bridges and missing pieces of the puzzle. Expect lots of textures and ethereal soundscapes, vocals (perhaps too many), and shades of house and electronica. I really fell in love putting these ones together into what I hope translates to a balanced and emotional deep house set. The image is a picture I took this week July 2023 in New Delhi, of a child dancing in the rain next to a closed pool, which captures the mood and usual contradiction in energy nicely. I hope you enjoy it.

Rethinking Love

A new deep, minimal, and tech house set. Expect the usual harmonic mixing with contrasting textures and samples. I tried to balance futuristic and retro sounds in this set, which starts and ends with NASA's audio recording of a black hole. I have been somewhat obsessed and intrigued with space, and all things cosmos recently and this has filtered through.  The image is a photo I took of the sky and trees reflected in water ripples in the river Arve, near where I live in Carouge, Geneva. 

Inspiration from Ludwig Goransson (Oppenheimer OST), DJ Koze, Matthew Dekay, Parra for Cuva, and DJ Boring. 

A Quantum Robin: According to quantum biology, the European robin has a 'sixth sense' in the form of a protein in its eye sensitive to the orientation of the Earth's magnetic field, allowing it to 'see' which way to migrate.

A Little Closer

The latest labor of love. Phases flows through moods and genres, retaining an ambient and melodic focus. Inspiration from old skool UK garage, low fi house, breaks and electronica stitched together in what I hope is a cohesive and moving journey. 

The cover art is an image I shot of a plane ascending below the moon in February 2025, France. Phases in music, phases in life, phases by ANGLES. "No test flights, we're getting out of here today!"

Andoli #01

A labour of love. Løched meanders through ambient, electronica, deep house, minimal and classical styles in an ongoing exploration of the tension between opposing emotions. Recorded during the COVID-19 pandemic I tried to capture the surreal feelings of being locked down and set free. A world on pause, a still lake for a mirror, locked in migration. It’s the first time I felt creativity return since moving to Geneva from Berlin six months ago. 

The set starts with birds and background conversation, a field recording captured on a sunny day by Lac Leman, just released from lockdown. There’s a thread of laughing throughout the set. Bonus points if you can name the film score near the end. Image is a photo I took of Jet D'eau at sunset in September 2019.

My passion for electronic music was born early and hasn’t subsided but has evolved - I’m inspired by everything from chill out and ambient to driving techno. On this page you will hear different angles on house and techno music, deep, tech, glitch and progressive.

I try to play melodic shades of house and techno – harmonically mixed with contrasting textures, beats and samples. My aim is usually to create a sound that pulls in different directions and balances opposing emotions. More of my sets are on Mixcloud - head there for more from me.
