Field Records is to release a two-CD compilation of music from the label's artists old and new entitled simply, Collection. 

The first of three samplers features Acronym, Ben Buitendijk and Voiski. Acronym's track '16 Cygni' is a sci-fi bit of techno that is speedy, slick and intergalactic, whilst Ben Buitendijk offers up some Millsian, streamlined techno urgency with his 'Colourblind' and finally Voiski gets all elastic and industrial tinged with his whip lashing effort.

Primabot @Hadra Trance Festival 2024 (HD)

This is the first track from my new album ✨Memory Trails✨

The initial idea for this track started in Israel, more than 2 years ago, it lived with me in Portugal, traveled with me to the US and was finalized in Goa (India).
I played versions of it at Tipper&Friends (Rendezvous), Infrasound Festival, The Blackbox, Psy-Jelly (my first ever gig with a live flute, Bristol UK), Ozora Festival, Desert Bass Festival and more..
It took its time to unfold to get to its current state, the final seal was the intro I made while staying in Goa, I had the right atmosphere and my Bansuri flutes with me, and that was it.
I feel it is like that with any type of creation, it unfolds on its own when u take the right steps, each creation takes its own path and time frame to unfold and hopefully in the end it makes some souls (and bodies) dance when its ripe. 🌟

Drawing from years of sonic exploration and shaped by travels across the globe, 'Memory Trails' marks a pivotal moment in MantisMash’s musical evolution. Known for his vibrant fusion of dubwise traditions, fluid psychedelia, and high-resolution sound design, he has honed his distinctive sound through extensive studio experimentation and live performances — earning his place in the global psychedelic bass scene as both an innovator and a crowd-moving force.
 
Blending lush psydub atmospheres with nods to classic dub, breakbeat, and drum & bass, 'Memory Trails' offers a vivid and expansive experience firmly tuned to the modern dance floor. Surging basslines, shimmering textures, and finely-tuned rhythms flow seamlessly across the album's nine tracks, balancing technical precision with MantisMash's signature sense of play. From the organic warmth of "Echofluid" and saturated echoes of "Behind the Thunder," to the deep DnB grooves of "BeatJunx" and "Reflekt," the album pushes the boundaries of psychedelic bass music while remaining deeply connected to its roots.
 
Richly detailed and alive with a sense of movement, 'Memory Trails' signals the next chapter in a journey shaped by travel, performance, and the ever-shifting landscapes of the musical world.

[FR] “ANIJA”, a.k.a Léo MONTAGUT est un producteur et DJ de 26 ans originaire de Lyon, France. 
Ayant découvert la musique psychédélique avec Jimi Hendrix et autres Pink Floyd à 12 ans, il malmène sa la guitare électrique jusqu'à découvrir la psytrance par hasard, au festival Ozora en 2013. Après des  étés entiers passés sur les dancefloors, il décide en 2017 de se construire son propre vaisseau spatial et de partir lui-même à la découverte de la galaxie psytrance. 
Influencé notamment par le blues, la funk, le rock psychédélique et les musiques du monde, son univers se veut résolument groovy et entraînant, tout en proposant un voyage onirique vers le côté obscur de la force.                                                                                                                  Il intègre l'équipage Multiversal Records en 2019, avec la volonté de promouvoir les artistes de sa planète et de partager toujours plus sa passion de l'univers psychédélique.
Après un an de travail, il est heureux de vous présenter son premier album « Groove in the Graves » !

[ENG] “ANIJA”, a.k.a Léo MONTAGUT is a french 26 years old psytrance producer and DJ from Lyon, France. 
He discovered psychedelic music at age 12 with influence from Jimi Hendrix and Pink Floyd, and mistreated his electric guitar until he discovered psytrance by chance at Ozora Festival in 2013. After spending entire summers on dancefloors in Europe and beyond for years, he decided in 2017 to build his own spaceship to discover by himself the psytrance galaxy.
Influenced by blues, funk, psychedelic rock and world music, his music is definitely groovy and lively, while offering a fantasia on the dark side of the force.
Léo joined the Multiversal Records crew in 2019, willing to support artists of his native planet and and always sharing his passion for the psychedelic universe.
After a year of work, he is happy to present his debut album « Groove in the Graves » !
