The song is about Timothy Leary, the famous American psychologist and writer who gained prominence in the 1960s for his advocacy of the therapeutic and spiritual potential of psychedelic drugs. Leary saw the internet as a continuation of his earlier beliefs in the power of technology to connect people and expand consciousness.

Writer of prose and poetry since mid-1960s, Peter Grimbeek started on acoustic guitar in 1978 and now uses GarageBand and Logic Pro software to compose electronic music. The incredible cadence of his voice while reciting poetry makes a fantastic counterpoint to his electro-style songs. I recommend a visit to his SoundCloud profile:

This EP by Beyond & Before Music, featuring three soulful songs, musically depicts the arrival of the Feyerabend family in Denmark after their escape from East Prussia. Inspired by Book 4 of the novel "Hinter uns das Land" / "Behind Us The Land" by Frank Talmon l'Armée, the EP captures the hope, uncertainty, and first steps into a new life.

The title track "Denmark's Shores" ("Dänemarks Küste") sings of the arrival in a foreign land, the mixture of exhaustion, gratitude, and the will to start anew. The songs, in the style of indie pop, singer-songwriter, and soft pop, illuminate the inner world of Inge and her relatives, caught between the memory of their lost home and adaptation to the new environment.

Experience the musical realization of an emotional journey that tells of loss, but also of hope, cohesion, and the courage to start anew.
