"This album represents poignant moments captured in sound. Each track crystallises a particular point in time for me; a sonic gateway to cherished memories.

It comes at a pivotal juncture in my personal journey, as I navigate the intricacies of life; from the transformative whirlwind of parenthood and the pandemonium of relocation, to the intimate struggles of anxiety and depression. The culmination of these experiences makes this my most personal and introspective musical endeavour yet.

It is because of all the above that I am choosing to self-release the album in this way, directly for those who have been steadfast in their support from the start - I want to make sure that everyone has the opportunity to get a copy, and join me on the journey.

I hope you will embrace this temporary diversion from my usual sound, for it is an invitation to forge new memories, to intertwine our narratives, and ultimately, to partake in 'The Phenomenon of Memory.’"
