Firmly established as an integral Anjunadeep family member with tracks like "Craymal" and "Back To Love", Beckwith has built a reputation as one of one of the most exciting house producers to come out of New York in the last few years. 

The "Anandia EP" sees Beckwith develop his trademark blend of deep bass and melody with a newfound layer of grit, as heard in the acidic beast that is the title track. 

Building unassumingly from a rolling groove, the track strips back to the bare bones leaving just a distorted vocal refrain before a squelching acid line takes the track into serious late night territory. 

"Clarion" is a bouncier affair, showcasing hints of old-school garage influence with shuffling drums and another distorted vocal weaving between a growling bassline. 

Rounding off the EP is "Life" (feat. Javi), another bubbling groove complete with stylish male vocals from Javi, a rugged, dancefloor ready bassline and crisp, punchy percussion.

The latest addition to the Anjunadeep ranks are up and coming UK house act Journeyman, who join the Lane 8, Dusky and Lancelot in the ever expanding label family. 

Having first caught the A&R attention at AnjunaHQ with their remix of Brookes Brothers last summer, Journeyman then truly marked their arrival on the scene with "Get Closer" / "Sideways" on New State Music.

The "Spend It All EP" further develops and showcases Journeyman's exciting approach to melodic club music. Already supported by the likes of The Magician, Jody Wisternoff and Shir Khan, lead track "Spend It All" is a rolling weapon, fuelled by surging low-end, infectious vocal and rattling percussion.

The atmospheric "Constellation" ventures into spacier territory, blending harmonically chopped and distorted vocals with another deep, driving bassline keeping this one firmly rooted to the dance floor. 

Featuring the soulful vocals of Vikter Duplaix, "In The Dark" is a low-slung jam, built around a throbbing bassline and bouncy percussion, which rounds off Journeyman's debut Anjunadeep EP in fine style.

I'm very excited to bring to you the May edition of Just Add Sunshine, starting off with a very special exclusive sunny guest mix from Jody Wisternoff for the first 70 mins, followed by a 60 minute mix of house and breaks from me, some old, some new, but smiles all the way... 

As you already know, Jody wins massive Just Add Sunshine respect, not only for his immense DJ and production talent, or for joining us on the decks at our launch party last year, but because Jody is an all-round top geezer, always, in my experience, finding the time to interact with his fans and support the scene as much as he can. Here is more proof in this guest mix, Jody has put together a special set as requested, to fit the Just Add Sunshine vibe, he has selected some of his favourite (but less obvious) tracks that he thinks would get you grooving by the pool... I agree, now where are my Speedos?

Having built a reputation in their home nation of Italy under various solo and collaborative aliases, Thomas Schwartz & Fausto Fanizza come together once again for their debut Anjunadeep release, "You Would / Mad Dog".

The opening track on Above & Beyond's new "Anjunabeats Volume 11" compilation, "You Would" is a masterful piece of emotive electronic music. Setting the mood perfectly in the mix, it's a skilled blend of moody atmospherics, drawing from classic progressive elements and deep house grooves, subtly wound together with melancholic vocals and piano melodies.

"Mad Dog" steps up a gear, again combining dark tones with driving percussion in another sophisticated production. Delicate melodics make way for discordant strings and a surging bass riff as things build to an intense peak.
