Franky Wah, one of the UK’s most prominent breakout dance acts to emerge in recent years, makes a return to Anjunadeep with the release of ‘Call My Name’ feat. Rae Morris. The single is part of Franky’s upcoming ‘Call My Name EP’, scheduled for release on August 9 via Anjunadeep.

Franky initially made his mark on the label in 2021 with his track ’Should Have Seen It Coming’, feat AETHO. The single received extensive airplay, racking up over 30 BBC Radio 1 plays, including a Hottest record accolade from Annie Mac, SiriusXM playlist support and has amassed over 9 million streams to date. Since then, Franky has released two EPs on Anjunadeep, along with a string of chart-topping originals, collaborating with some of the biggest names in dance music including Carl Cox, Sasha, Vintage Culture and more.

‘Call My Name’ see’s Franky collaborate with talented British singer-songwriter Rae Morris. Well known for her previous work with Lane 8 on the track ’No Fun’ and her impressive discography of solo material, Rae has received critical acclaim by Clash, NME and The Guardian and gained plays on BBC Radio 1 and SiriusXM.

Franky Wah is on tour this summer, playing over 40 dates including his headline residency in Ibiza and performances at major festivals including EDC Vegas, Creamfields, Tomorrowland and Electric Zoo.

Durante shares his new Anjunadeep single ‘Remedy’, featuring Australian singer and producer Running Touch. The single debuted on flagship label compilation Anjunadeep 14 in April this year, and has proven to be the most in-demand cut from the 42-track compilation, racking up over 500k streams across Spotify and Apple Music since release.

‘Remedy’ is melodic house at its finest; complete with ethereal, string-laden breakdowns and a hard-hitting bassline, as well as Running Touch’s wholly captivating vocals. LA-based DJ and producer Durante shares the next single, 'Holding On' (feat. Nathan Nicholson), from his upcoming album 'Enter' on Anjunadeep. 

Hailing from a small Italian village outside of Florence, Durante (aka Kevin Durante) began his musical journey in 2006. Drawn to the sweet spots where the genres of house and techno intersect, Durante’s versatile sound has seen him release with Anjunadeep, Armada, W&O Street Records, and Amtrac’s imprint Openers. Esteemed artists including Bonobo, RÜFÜS DU SOL, and Joris Voorn have praised Durante’s work, and he has collaborated with the likes of Diplo & Aluna on ‘Forget About Me’ and Amtrac on ‘Gather’, as well as remixing Cassian, Booka Shade, TWO LANES and more. 

Now, 18 years after his musical journey started, Durante finally shares his debut album ‘Enter’ on Anjunadeep. Inspired by the concept of portals and multiple dimensions, ‘Enter’ showcases his eclectic sound that has developed from Kevin’s diverse pool of musical influences, featuring Duke Ellington, classic Italo-disco, and early Cocoon records. 

“I’ve spent the past three years working on this album, it marks the beginning of many great endeavours in my life. It’s a coming-of-age story, but it’s also a reflection of the world around us. Across 13 compelling tracks, Durante explores themes of self-discovery, acceptance, and love. The album features collaborations with Montréal-based producer and live act CRi, American vocalist Nathan Nicholson, Australian singer-songwriter Running Touch, Californian songstress and producer HANA, and London-based vocalist SOHN. 

Durante's latest single 'Holding On' combines Nathan Nicholson's warm vocals with meticulously crafted synths and a pulsating bassline. Nathan Nicholson, an accomplished vocalist and songwriter from the United States, has collaborated with artists such as Tinlicker, Eelke Kleijn, Hannah Wants, and Sebastian Davidson, releasing records through Ultra, Armada, PIAS, and more. 

Durante will be kicking off his album tour in January in the USA, playing across cities including New York, Los Angeles, and Seattle, as well as playing at the Anjunadeep label showcase event at the esteemed London venue, the Roundhouse. 

‘Holding On' is out February 20 on Anjunadeep.

Berlin based producer and live artist Ben Böhmer has risen through the Anjunadeep ranks to become a breakout star of the past 18 months, amassing almost 40 million streams, picking up BBC Radio 1 support from Annie Mac and Pete Tong, including an ‘Essential New Tune’, and being featured in Billboard’s ‘Ones To Watch’. 

In addition to running his own fledgling label Tön Töpferei, Ben has put out singles on Anjunadeep and acclaimed remixes for Monolink and Jan Blomqvist, both of whom now feature on Ben’s debut LP.

Ben’s early releases on tastemaker labels Bade and Keller drew comparison to revered producers Recondite and Francesco Tristano - dark tracks dotted with classical influence, featuring haunting piano lines and discordant strings. Not long afterwards, Ben lost a close family member, and both his life and his music changed course. 

Whilst overcoming this loss, Ben found solace in music. 

The moody and reflective sounds of Ben’s early work made way for brighter and more melodic music, keeping the depth and texture, but changing the tone from darkness to light. Finding a sense of hope and optimism in uplifting emotions and euphoric melodies, Ben's debut album ‘Breathing’ marks the closing of a chapter in Ben’s life, the culmination of a period of heartache and recovery, and a coming of age as an artist.  

Opening track ‘In Memoriam’ is an emotive tribute, blending powerful strings with stirring vocal samples. Title track and lead single ‘Breathing’ with collaborators Nils Hoffmann and Malou follows. A long-awaited highlight in Ben’s live shows over the past year, 'Breathing' layers Malou’s delicate voice above swung percussion and hard-hitting synths.

An avid collaborator, Ben is also joined on the album by two further breakout German stars, vocalist Monolink who features on ‘Black Hole’ and multi-instrumentalist Jan Blomqvist who lends his vocals to ‘Decade’. 

Through the album Ben explores a range of emotions, from the hopeful ‘Hunting’ with Jonah, to energetic instrumental ‘Maelstrom’ through to the hard-hitting ‘Wall Of Strings, which samples The Cinematic Orchestra. 

Following the release of the album in November, Ben will be taking his live show on an extensive world tour - dates and information to be revealed in the coming months.

‘Breathing’ is available to pre-order now, digitally, on CD and on limited edition 2x12” white vinyl, due for release 22 November 2019.
