Subtle, sonically warm and full of musical nuances, 'Rift' is built around a languorous, almost French house styled bassline with waves of slow-burning melodic textures easing into the mix. 

A producer renowned for his class and individuality, Andrew Bayer then puts his own refined musical stamp on 'Rift'' with a gorgeously paced and deeply musical re-interpretation. Focussing on an increasingly deep house-centred style, German producer Martin Roth returns to Anjunadeep with appropriately titled "Beautiful Life" and the sultry "Make Love To Me Baby". 

Clearly containing some of the DNA from Martin's previous outing "Deep Style", "Beautiful Life" is laced with languid, downtuned grooves and layers moody interludes, softly echoing vocal fades and some gorgeous swathes of synth to conjure an edgy deep house number. 

Offering a more sunny contrast, the sultry and seductive sounds of "Make Love To Me Baby" blend chilled out grooves with a late-night soulful feel and some classic, understated piano house keys.

A favourite from his Boiler Room set earlier in the summer, Midland's hypnotic reshape of "Resin" takes things deep down into a ghostly techno tunnel. T. Williams brings a fresh carnival groove to the soulful piano house of "Lost In You" (feat. Janai), whilst Synkro continues his recent purple patch with a dubby two-step rework of the Leftfield-esque "I'm Running" (feat. Soloman) - a favourite of the legendary Francois K.

'Twisted Sister' is a deep blend of driving percussion and beautiful basslines laced together by ambient elements floating throughout the track. The track itself is a perfect example for superior and modern sound design and will certainly find its way into various DJ bags.

'Superstitious' raises the kicks and adds various layers of pads to create the late night feeling we all know and love. The synths rise and fall, elevating the temperature and energy creating a heavy vibe that is sure to make you sweat.

With the recent Kahwe "Driving Me Wild EP" earning a 4* review from Resident Advisor, Anjunadeep is proud to unveil another label debut in the form of "Ich Lass´ Dich Nicht Zurück" from The Peacemaker Project.

Founded in 2009, The Peacemaker Project is a network of global producers spanning New York, Ibiza and Frankfurt - together pushing a soulful, musical and melodic take on modern house music.

Catching the Anjunadeep A&R ear instantly, "Ich Lass´ Dich Nicht Zurück" is arguably their most accomplished outing yet with layers of emotion and a uniquely musical backing. 

Blending a classic deep house feel with layers of live instrumentation, rich musicality and Glashaus vocalist Peppa Singt's effortless bittersweet vocals, the finished result is a hypnotic, immersive listen that seems to get better with each return visit. 

A melancholic interpretation of a song co-written between The Peacemaker Project and German hip-hop sensation Moses Pelham, the "Ich Lass´ Dich Nicht Zurück" instrumentation also forms the backing of Moses Pelham's cult hit of the same name.

Keep an ear out for a remixes package featuring a deep, bass driven rework from the increasingly prolific Beckwith.

Swiss producer Da Funk, aka Daniel Kneubühler, has been making electronic music for over 15 years, and has just marked his return to Anjunadeep with a double hit of melodic house goodness. The dreamy laidback cruise that is "Smug" contrasts brilliantly with the more energised "Don't Let Go", packed with rich interlocking melodies and a subtle piano motif.

Ijsbrand & Gert had always wanted to create balkan inspired music, and hence came the duo Stavroz. Beyond just sharing the same musical tastes, these two buddies bond over both being sound engineers (live for Ijs, studio for Gert), which makes them real "goldsmiths" behind each and every production (such can be seen in this short clip which presents their title 'The Ginning'). 
Their music is imprinted with original inspirations while keeping to a jazzy/burlesque influence, leaving little to be left displeased. The bridge, so it seems, borderlines between minimal and jazz-house.

The first title of the EP, 'The Ginning' is constructed around guitarist, Max Honckelinx. The track’s instrumental harmony is skilfully constructed by the duo as they borderline minimal and deep house.

The second original title of the EP, 'The Finishing' is merely a dialogue between a rhythmic stratospheric universe and the sax of Nathan Daems, well preserved from the first studio recording. The end result leaves us with 8 minutes of lyricism soaked in sophistication and technicality.

In regards to the remixes, Felkon, who has been presented several times before on the Délicieuse, takes on 'The Ginning' by including vocals which create a more dance-like ambiance. 
Britta Arnold, a legendary pioneer from Bar 25 and Katerholzig, worked on 'The Ginning' as well with Sascha Cawa. They delivered a version more obscure yet wickedly effective.

As for the remixes of 'The Finishing', Powel continues to captivate us while executing his deep and melancholic twists. He entirely redesigns the piece’s structure by retiring the "voice" of the sax. 
And then there’s our man, Viken Arman, who spins his version of 'The Finishing' by refiguring the rhythm pattern and adding a new dimension to the bass.

Bringing together robotic funk, nu disco grooves and melodic 80s-influenced textures, "Excommunication" is an emphatic opener. With a deep, brooding but uplifting bassline, hypnotic vocodered vocals and an infectious melody, Erkka's "Excommunication" is a slow burning dancefloor bomb that should appeal to a range of DJs.

"Air Conditioner" is an equally deep, melodic concoction, complete with crisp, skipping percussion and another beautiful flowing melody. Time for one of Freerange’s longest standing regular producers to return to the label for his first EP in three years. The Stepping Tones EP is absolutely classic Shur-I-Kan from start to finish with two original tracks plus a remix from the very excellent Berlin newcomers Kim Brown.

The title track opens with a big, bold, bouncing bassline and driving groove but as we hear the arrangement unfold the layers of keys build and drop bringing the trademark Shur-I-Kan musicality and energy to the track. In our opinion this is one of his strongest tracks yet and we’re pretty sure this will be a firm favorite this summer, set to be heard everywhere from Croatian boat parties to Dalston basements and beyond.

Up next we have Kim Brown with their remix of Stepping Tones and what a job! The Berlin duo have made a big impact the last couple of years with their incredibly deep and beautiful Spring Theory and People’s Republic releases on Just Another Beat. Completely sublime downbeat deep house is the key here, owing as much to ambient and orchestral music as to the rough and raw lo-slung club beats we’re hearing from labels such as Dial and Smallville. Their remix brings rugged drums, dubby keys and lush strings to the fore with the addition of a twisted, filtering vocal enhancing the warm glowing sunrise vibe which emanates from this track.

Conundrum closes the EP with another deep, jazzy and cinematic Shur-I-Kan masterpiece and once again he layers up the textures and harmonic elements slowly and expertly, introducing the little hooks over time until before you know it you’re bathed in a warm shower of lushness with tingles running down your spine.

Shir Khan &amp; Exploited dip their toes into the world of disco edits with the launch of new label Black Jukebox which sees contributions from label regulars Homework as well as introducing the Hamburg axis Doctor Dru &amp; Adana Twins into the fold. Doctor Dru&amp;Adana Twins lead the way with their slo-mo housed-up boogie-soul joint "Juicy Fruit". Alongside it "Supreme" dips into housier territory with the primitive scratching and rising piano lines giving proceedings an 80s sensation soaked with twilight niceties. Both tracks are presented it in a nicely recut fashion reminiscent of the great Tiger &amp; Woods. On the flip Homework transforming "Lenny" into a glistening disco house number whilst "Love Ray" is perhaps the most straight up excursion into main room filtered disco house territory.
